The rural revitalization strategy is underway and can provide the promotion of high-quality growing rural e-commerce as well as supply the facilities and industrial support required for its growth. The complete score of the rural e-commerce development level was assessed using the entropy value technique by analyzing data from 31 Chinese provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions. The efficiency of rural e-commerce growth was evaluated using the BCC model and the super-efficient DEA model within the DEA model. The study examined the effects of rural revival on the effectiveness of electronic commerce in rural development. Both input and output views were considered when selecting the related factors. After that, the productivity value was examined by merging information on the growth of rural e-commerce between 2016 and 2020. The research indicates that between 2015 and 2022, the comprehensive score of rural e-commerce growth experienced a high-quality increase of 173.50%. Furthermore, 8 out of 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous areas had DEA-achieved e-commerce development efficiency, with a mean complete efficiency score of 0.700. However, the mean value of total efficiency decreased by 35.29% when the progress level of rural rejuvenation was eliminated. Apart from providing support for infrastructure construction, rural revitalization can also provide policy assurances and an industrial base for the expansion of rural electronic commerce.

The development of industry 4.0 is still difficult for a country to produce all goods according to the required needs. Big data analytics technology has the potential to revolutionize how logistics companies, including freight forwarders, can facilitate real-time monitoring in the supply chain by increasing flexibility. Management information systems produce a number of data from different sources and in different formats according to business needs. The development of big data analytics uses a dynamic system development method or model (DSDM), which is a dynamic system development model that uses a rapid application development (RAD) approach. Software development with an emphasis on collaboration, customer engagement, and continuous delivery of working software. This model is very suitable for the development of big data analytics technology that can provide solutions that often involve complex and rapidly changing requirements with large amounts of data and the business need to provide feedback from stakeholders in real-time. It is hoped that the final results of this research will provide insight into sea freight operations that are more informative and efficient for the logistics industry in Indonesia.

As an effort to integrate technology in the agricultural sector, especially to develop new competencies for farmers to manage land, a digital solution has been created in the form of a land data collection system, an agricultural technology learning system, and a system for selling agricultural products through various researches and community services initiated by a team from the Faculty of Information Technology, Duta Wacana Christian University. However, there should be tests towards such digital solutions in the form of applications that have been developed to determine the usefulness elements. Therefore, in this article, the researchers intend to test and discuss certain Android applications called DutaTaniku. DutaTaniku application was developed for users aged 20–50 years who work as farmers. For this reason, efforts are made in various aspects to design a user-friendly interface for the target users. An unmoderated usability test was applied for the initial features. Unmoderated testing was intended to allow the test to reach more people in less time, without the risk of being influenced by the constraints related to the pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the unmoderated usability testing solution could help shorten the testing period, especially during the recent pandemic situation. However, based on the results of the study regarding the accuracy of the test, it turned out that moderated usability test was more appropriate for the target respondents and users. Moderated usability testing yielded 10 % Task Completion Rate value beyond the unmoderated one.

The implementation of specialized software in the business supports the processes related to production and employees' activities, and those providing quick access to the necessary information between branches. The need for better business management and closer interaction with customers via the internet underpins the modern CRM systems development. Detailed research of existing CRM systems has established the necessity to design and implement a modern system specialized for the needs of agricultural machinery users in Bulgaria. The report presents a CRM system developed to facilitate information exchange, rapid customer service, synchronization of activities in order to increase agricultural machinery sales with better marketing.

Information system technology has developed from time to time. Not only in terms of hardware and software, but the coding technique has also changed. This change certainly affects the existing and future business processes. Various fields of science, including agriculture, also utilize information systems to improve quality and services in the agricultural sector. The Indonesian government strongly supports the activities of improving information system technology in agriculture. Dutatani's research team has also developed an agricultural information system (SIP), which has been consistently developed since 2016 towards precision agriculture. Along with the development of SIP technology, it requires re-validation of business process needs compared to changes in information system technology. As evidenced by previous research, many technologies have been tried to apply to SIP development and generate code smells. Therefore, this study aims to apply the Requirement Validation Approach using Model and Prototyping (ReVAMP) which is suitable for Agile software development conditions. Through several iterations and following the code smell instructions from previous studies, this study succeeded in making business process changes by 37% and simplifying data attributes by 56%. This research also reveals the fact that ReVAMP can transform business processes as well as simplify them.

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sudah sampai ke pelosok daerah yang dapat dimanfaatkan di berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang pertanian. Dengan perkembangan teknologi tersebut memberikan peluang bagi petani untuk menjual hasil pertanian secara langsung sehingga rantai pemasaran lebih singkat yaitu petani ke konsumen. Kemudian konsumen bisa mengkonsumsi hasil pertanian yang lebih segar atau dikenal dengan istilah fresh from farmers. Kabupaten Garut merupakan kabupaten dengan mayoritas mata pencaharian sebaga petani, salah satunya adalah petani jeruk. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu terkait dengan pemasaran. Rantai distribusi yang panjang dan pemahaman teknologi yang terbatas bagi petani menjadikan konsumen dan petani terkadang dirugikan dengan adanya tengkulak yang mengambil keuntungan dari rantai pemasaran. Aplikasi pejualan hasil pertanian merupakan salah satu solusi masalah ini. Aplikasi tersebut bisa menjadi jembatan bagi petani dan konsumen sehingga bisa langsung bertransaksi secara online dengan perangkat elektronik. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan aplikasi ini yaitu XP (Extreme Programming). Metode penelitian XP merupakan bagian dari Agile yang tahapannya sudah disederhanakan dibandingkan dengan metode yang lain sehingga fleksible dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis aplikasi yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan petani dan konsumen dalam bertransaksi secara langsung. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa analisis aplikasi berbasis web yang memiliki fungsi sebagai media transaksi dan komunikasi yang memberikan manfaat langsung bagi petani dan konsumen.

Given the severe difficulties and challenges being faced during the current COVID-19 pandemic, agribusinesses must consider alternative means to market and sell agriproducts using e-commerce and advanced technologies. Agricultural e-commerce that utilizes advanced technologies can promote sustainable economic growth and gender equality and, therefore, helps achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. It also allows farmers access to new markets where they can bypass intermediaries, leading to higher income, less waste, and fresher produce for customers. The usefulness of using agricultural e-commerce depends on the efficiency of addressing the emerging challenges from merging perspectives of agricultural and e-commerce fields. Literature reviews addressed both fields from different perspectives, however, most literature addresses the agriculture and e-commerce fields separately, leading to unclarity in understanding the differences between agriproducts and other products. This study aims to present a comprehensive and robust roadmap of technological advancements and challenges in agricultural e-commerce through a thorough bibliometric and content analysis and provide a conceptual architecture for best practices. The bibliometric and content analysis sheds light on the agricultural e-commerce categories, challenges, and limitations. This study identifies the most influential research and topic trends, determines the topical discipline areas, and provides visions and directions for future research in the field of agricultural e-commerce. It discusses the challenges of agricultural e-commerce and agriproducts and how advanced technologies help solve such challenges. This study summarises the best practice implementation of agricultural e-commerce by providing strong logistics, implementing standardization, including information knowledge of agriproducts, and creating a traceability information system. The result of this paper is presented as a proposed conceptual architecture for agricultural e-commerce that addresses the abovementioned best practice concepts and utilizes the Blockchain and IoT technologies to provide innovative solutions for the agricultural e-commerce stakeholders. Finally, this study provides prospects for future research on advanced technologies in agricultural e-commerce.

La pandemia por COVID-19 impulsó la adopción del comercio electrónico como respuesta a la disminución en las ventas en las organizaciones relacionadas a la cadena de valor del sector hortofrutícola. No obstante, existen retos en el uso eficiente del comercio electrónico en esta industria, por lo que el objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar el nivel de adopción del comercio electrónico en las organizaciones vinculadas al eslabón de la distribución de la cadena de valor del sector hortofrutícola en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia, por medio de la metodología e-MICA, para reconocer los retos de una gestión más competitiva en la postpandemia. Se determinó que las organizaciones realizan amplio uso de las tecnologías y presentan un grado de madurez del comercio electrónico medio, en el que se requiere mejorar la interacción con el cliente para promocionar sus productos. Se identificó que el uso de las redes sociales y la creación de contenido de valor, mejora el proceso de comercialización. Como limitaciones se reconoce la necesidad de involucrar variables de mayor complejidad como el tráfico digital y la presencia omnicanal, con el objetivo de explicar con mayor profundidad los factores asociados con la adopción del comercio electrónico.

Perkembangan teknologi dapat digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pertanian. Dutatani adalah web portal pertanian yang telah berhasil membantu petani dalam mendukung peningkatan efisiensi, efektifitas, dan produktivitas pertanian. Dutatani telah dibangun berbasis web dan diperlukan versi mobile agar dapat digunakan dengan lebih personal oleh para petani. Pengembangan Dutatani versi mobile memiliki masalah dalam ekualitas dengan versi webnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Feature Driven Development (FDD) untuk menghasilkan sistem Dutatani berbasis mobile yang memiliki ekualitas dengan versi web portalnya dengan tingkat adaptasi yang mudah dan minimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai tahapan FDD dan pengujian menggunakan User Experiences Questionnaire (UEQ) pada mobile version. Daftar fitur yang dikembangkan pada FDD didapatkan dari penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan WebQual. FDD tepat digunakan dalam mempermudah pengembangan fitur untuk memastikan ekuitas antara dua platform dan efisien dalam mempermudah mengintegrasikan fitur Dutatani versi web dan mobile dengan hasil maksimal dalam rangka pengembangan sistem jangka panjang dan penelitian berikutnya. Selain itu Dutatani mobile juga telah dilakukan uji UEQ terhadap petani di bagian modul portal, data, dan fitur menunjukan tingkat good dan excelent.
