Abstract The result experiments performed during October-November 1996 with electroporation of mustard seeds in the different pretreating medium. The germination of the seeds deteriorates with increased concentration of Calcium ions of the pre-treatment medium. The higher the level of CaCI2, the higher the sensitivity to electroporation.
