A new active load which uses zero-V T to increase the output impedance and improve the power supply rejection (P SR) of single-ended amplifiers is presented. The use of this circuit as an active load is analyzed, and it is demonstrated with a case study the voltage gain and PSR are improved.

... Zero-V T gate-source load Fig. 1 shows the PSR degradation of the voltage refer- ence in [2], the PMOS transistor behave as a source fol- lower coupling the supply voltage variations to the out- put of the amplifier. Additionally, a second coupling path is found in the n-well of the PMOS which behaves as a R-C network of the parasitic devices within the well and the ...

In this paper, we propose to replace the usual dedicated electronic power supplies of superconducting coil, which are in most cases a huge volume and/or a low energy yield, by a 100 cm² single pro-ton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). Indeed, fuel cells are electrochemical converters which can be considered as DC low voltage electrical source. P...

The penetration of solar energy in the modern power system is still increasing with a fast growth rate after long development due to reduced environmental impact and ever-decreasing photovoltaic panel cost. Meanwhile, distribution networks have to deal with a huge amount and frequent fluctuations of power due to the intermittent nature of solar ene...

The closed loop operation to achieve power load can greatly improve the power supply reliability of low-voltage distribution network, but because of the low voltage distribution network asymmetry and the difference of voltage loop, closed loop operation will not change the balance of system, generating loop impulse current, affect the safe operatio...

At present, zero-sequence current protection is generally used as the main protection for single-phase ground faults in resistance-grounded inverter power stations. However, limited by the principle, it is difficult for current protection to take into account selectivity and rapid action when the neutral point resistance is large, so there is prote...

An accurate power loss model, for the design of high-efficiency switching power supplies, is difficult to establish due to the complicated magnetic components where the power loss is hard to calculate. This paper proposed a multi-level power loss model of LLC circuits with a planar transformer of high frequency, high power, and low voltage output....
