... Practically, the majority of Vietnamese businesses gradually recovered after the pandemic ended, but Vietnamese researchers have not investigated pieces of evidence related to the way that business administrators execute how to adapt their organizations in front of the pandemic. Besides, only a few studies on turnover intention have been mentioned during the Covid-19 outbreak in Vietnam (Giao et al., 2020;Kar & Phuong, 2022;Le et al., 2022;Wahyuni et al., 2023); nevertheless, none of them were engaged in adaptive resilience and transformational leadership. Fortunately, the qualitative research by Ngoc Su et al. (2021) confirmed that the capacity of Vietnamese tourist enterprises to recover was largely dependent on leadership, mission, and vision. ...

This study investigates the direct or indirect impact of transformational leadership and adaptive resilience on affective commitment and turnover intention. Qualitative research was conducted to validate the concepts and the research model and quantitative research was carried out to analyze data from 310 employees selected via convenient sampling in Vietnam. The results reveal that transformational leadership does not only directly affect adaptive resilience and turnover intention, but also indirectly and fully affects affective commitment via adaptive resilience, and indirectly and partially affects turnover intention via affective commitment and adaptive resilience. Furthermore, adaptive resilience significantly impacts turnover intention via affective commitment. There is no proof in the research that adaptive resilience directly affects turnover intention. This research has documented valuable experiences related to the adaptive resilience of organizations following social crises in the relationship between leadership and turnover for scholars and managers in the future. ■
... Previous research indicate that such a mindset can be enhanced through appropriate training and experiences. For example, a research has found that employees' possession of a growth mindset and the empowerment efforts made by the company can reduce turnover intentions (Wahyuni et al., 2023). ...
... A growth mindset is a developing mindset based on the belief that abilities can be improved through various exercises and activities (Wahyuni et al., 2023). People with a growth mindset do not view managers or others as judges and evaluators but see them as resources for their growth, learning, and development (Fejzic-Ahbabovic et al., 2022). ...
... This is observable in the comparison of the original sample values in the indirect effect test, showing coefficients larger than those in the direct effect test. The outcomes of this research align with prior studies, such as Wahyuni's (2023), indicating that turnover intention can be diminished by fostering better employee life satisfaction and cultivating a growth mindset among employees. The internal factor of a growth mindset within individual employees can be supported by the establishment of employee experience as an external factor to enhance commitment within an organization. ...

Generation Y and Generation Z have been entering workplace and dominating various jobs in organizations. These two cohorts share similar characteristics including, among other things, the need of self-development and the need of challenging jobs that enable them to avoid boredom. When these needs are not met their desires to leave the organization is likely to occur. Providing positive personal experience and proper coaching at work may help resolve the aforementioned negative consequence. This research aimed to address this issues. A sample of 182 of employees from the two cohorts who worked for leasing companies in Yogyakarta participated in the research. Purposive sampling was adopted to invite respondent participation. An online survey was employed to gather the data. The PLS-SEM method was used to analyze the data . Findings of the research show that employee experience and leadership coaching skills have a negative influence on turnover intention. A growth mindset strengthens the negative impact of employee experience on turnover intention. However, a growth mindset was found not to have any moderating influence on the effect of leadership coaching skills on turnover intention. Managerial and scholarly implication are then outlined.

Indonesia is among the largest fish-producing countries. The West Nusa Tenggara (WNT) region is one of the highest producers of fish in Indonesia. Hence, the levels of MP contamination in commercial fish should be assessed to ensure food safety, food security, and socio-economic sustainability. This study investigates MP contamination in commercial fish in one of the largest fish markets in the WNT region, the Bintaro fish market. Three commercial fish species were evaluated for MP contamination in this study, Nasso thynnoides, Auxis rochei, and Caesio teres. The highest number of MPs was detected in A. rochei (21.60 ± 8.70 MPs/100 g). The other pelagic fish species, N. thynnoides, also shown considerably high MP contamination (18.17 ± 7.93 MPs/100 g). On the other hand, the midwater fish Caesio teres showed the least MP contamination (7.07 MPs/100 g). In addition, most of the MPs detected in all three fish species were fiber MPs of small sizes (100–500 µm). Based on FTIR analyses, the MP samples from all three fish species mainly consisted of polyamide (PA), which is the polymer used to form fiber for textiles. These results potentially reveal the degree of microplastic pollution in not only coastal areas of WNT, but also Sulawesi and also East Nusa Tenggara (ENT) since the fish distributed at the Bintaro fish market came from these regions. Better solid waste management in Indonesia is needed to reduce plastic waste management, particularly household waste, which is the potential major source of fiber MPs.
... Bahkan saat pandemi Covid-19, kinerjanya masih tercatat tumbuh positif hingga 2,61 persen per tahun (BPS, 2023;Sholihah et al., 2017). The textile and textile product (TPT) industry is a leading industry for national economic growth. The existence of its performance relies on various factors that turn out to be vulnerable to fluctuations, including the fulfillment of raw materials in the form of cotton fiber from import dominance. Therefore, disruption of the performance of the textile industry will also stimulate disruption to Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the development of textile industry performance. For this reason, a quantitative approach is used with econometric models prepared based on the Cobb-Douglas theory of production functions. The model construction uses secondary time series data for the period 1992-2021 sourced from the World Bank, Bank Indonesia, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The findings show that the terminology of the development of the performance of the Indonesian textile industry includes capital, labor absorption, world cotton fiber prices, inflation, textile exports, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the global food crisis in 2007/2008. Therefore, several policy recommendations were submitted to encourage more massive TPT machine restructuring programs, improve the skills of TPT human resources (HR), provide incentives for Local Ease of Export Destinations (KLTE), and re-intensify the #banggabuatanindonesia campaign.

The prior studies ignore the reality that homeschooling in Hong Kong is a private education financed entirely by the parents, not the Hong Kong government. A female homeschool educator with a consistent monthly salary provides financial resources to supplement her homeschooling journey, which is essential for homeschooling success. On the other hand, a zero-income female homeschool educator lacks a financial buffer to safeguard her homeschooling journey if unforeseen circumstances occur, such as a breadwinner's job loss, an unanticipated health crisis, or a divorce issue. As a result, such hardships are more likely to send the homeschooling journey into a downward spiral or possibly failure. A Hong Kong homeschooling study with a business and management focus is critically needed to address the research deficit. This innovative homeschooling-work-life balance research paper fills this knowledge gap.
