As small and medium organizations or companies are moving to Cloud Computing because as it supports rapid access to their applications and limits the cost of infrastructure. Cloud Computing for mobiles refers to Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) as it is the collection of Mobile Computing and Cloud Computing to get one of the industry trend words and the major threads in the IT world since 2009. As business is growing using the computational resources on a pay as you go Model. This paper highlights the benefits and modern MCC uses and issues of MCC are briefly explained and also the security mechanism. MCC is investigating immense in IT due to anyplace whenever information gets to. Cell phones are empowered with rich client experience particularly, smartphones. Mobile cloud computing provides an opportunity to restrict the usage of huge hardware infrastructure and to provide access to data, applications, and computational power from every place and in any time with the use of a mobile device. Furthermore, MCC offers a number of possibilities but additionally creates several challenges and issues that need to be addressed as well. Through this work, the authors try to define the most important issues and challenges in the field of MCC technology by illustrating the most significant works related to MCC during recent years. Regarding the huge benefits offered by the MCC technology, the authors try to achieve a more safe and trusted environment for MCC users in order to operate the functions and transfer, edit, and manage data and applications, proposing a new method based on the existing AES encryption algorithm, which is, according to the study, the most relevant encryption algorithm to a cloud environment. Concluding, the authors suggest as a future plan to focus on finding new ways to achieve a better integration MCC with other technologies.

With the rapid growth of mobile technologies, mobile devices have become very popular and have reached a very high spread. Consequently, mobile games have started gaining an increasing attention from researchers and practitioners. This paper investigates the impact of mobile technologies on designing and delivering educational mobile games. In particular, it investigates the evolution of educational games design from being used on computers to being used on mobile devices. To do so, forty studies regarding computer and mobile educational games are reviewed. The obtained results showed that: (1) computer and mobile educational games still share some game design elements. (2) the new embedded mobile devices’ technologies made educational mobile games more immersive and fun. (3) a set of game design recommendations regarding designing mobile educational games which researchers and practitioners can refer to in their context.

The influence on the teaching of Augmented Reality (RA) and Virtual Reality (RV) techniques is analyzed in the process of teaching-learning of the Human Anatomy subject, in health science students. For this purpose, two own applications have been designed, for mobile devices and Virtual Reality glasses, with the purpose of incorporate these techniques in teaching, for the study of human anatomy, that facilitate the students a better learning of anatomical body contents through these technological procedures. In this way it is intended to achieve a better transmission of knowledge to students in an effective, visual, interactive and close the main contents related to human anatomy. We believe that these technological tools constitute an excellent complementary medium to the traditional atlases, facilitating the learning of the anatomical structures.

This chapter outlines innovative models and case studies of Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) implemented at Coventry University (UK). The institutional drive towards the integration of COIL as part of internationalisation of the curriculum will be outlined, as well as a brief overview of the issues relating to the design and delivery of pedagogies for intercultural online learning. Staff incentives and capability development in facilitating students’ engagement in meaningful intercultural interactions will also be considered. In particular, and through the sharing of case studies, this chapter will discuss the ‘holistic blend’ that COIL can offer. We will illustrate what students stand to gain beyond the immediate action learning of the online dynamic alongside face to face interaction. Such interaction includes the development of critical digital literacy skills, the acquisition of interactional online communication skills, and importantly, openness to knowledge pluralization. It will be argued that consideration must be given to where in the curriculum students should encounter COIL pedagogies and to how to synchronise and merge COIL within the wider course programme. This is to enable students to make sense of COIL as part of their wider internationalised curriculum and not to see it as an add on. Finally, further research recommendations for the design and delivery of COIL, based on the last decade of practices at Coventry University, will be shared.

Nowadays an educational mobile application has been widely accepted and opened new windows of opportunity to explore. With its flexibility and practicality, the mobile application can promote learning through playing with an interactive environment especially to the children. This paper describes the development of mobile learning to help children above 4 years old in learning English and Arabic language in a playful and fun way. The application is developed with a combination of Android Studio and the machine learning technique, TensorFlow object detection API in order to predict the output result. Developed application namely “LearnWithIman” has successfully been implemented and the results show the prediction of application is accurate based on the captured image with the list item. The inclusion of the user database for lesson tracking and new lesson will be added for improvement in the future.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: Tourism has been using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for many years before and after-sales with tourism product creation. Information Communication Technologies include artificial intelligence, blockchain, developing technologies, wireless connectivity, big data, augmented reality, high-performance computer, internet of things and cloud computing technologies. Tourism is connected with all of these technologies and has a wide usage area. As tourism develops, it gets automation by getting help from technological infrastructures. Within this framework, previously used manual, laborious jobs are replaced by easier and more efficient technological infrastructures. Cloud technologies changed the tourism industry infrastructure. Recently, their usage areas have increased and beneficial effects have started to be seen in many fields, especially in costs. The purpose of this section is to examine the cloud technology used in tourism in detail. Cloud technologies are also called cloud computing. In this section, firstly, the definition, historical development, features, detailed presentation of service delivery and installation models are provided for a deeper understanding of the cloud computing concept. In the second part, tourism and cloud computing applications are examined in detail. TÜRKÇE ÖZET: Turizm turizm ürün oluşturma ile satış öncesi ve sonrasında Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojilerini (BİT) uzun yıllardır kullanmaktadır. Bilgi İletişim Teknolojilerinin arasında yapay zekâ, blok zinciri, gelişen teknolojiler, kablosuz bağlantı, büyük veri, artırılmış gerçeklik, yüksek performans bilgisayar, nesnelerin interneti ve bulut bilişim teknolojileri yer almaktadır. Turizm bu teknolojilerin hepsi ile bağlantılı ve kullanım alanı geniş bir yapıya sahiptir. Turizm geliştikçe, teknolojik altyapılardan yardım da alarak işleri otomasyona geçirmektedir. Bu çerçevede, daha önceden kullanılan manuel, zahmetli işlerin yerini daha kolay ve etkili teknolojik altyapılar almaktadır. Bulut teknoljileri turizm sektörü altyapısını değiştirdi. Son zamanlarda kullanım alanları artmış ve başta maliyetler olmak üzere birçok alanda faydalı etkileri görülmeye başlanmıştır. Bu bölümün amacı, turizmde kullanılan bulut teknolojisini detaylı bir şekilde incelemektir. Bulut teknolojileri ayrıca bulut bilişim olarak da adlandırılmaktadır. Bu bölümde ilk olarak bulut bilişim kavramını daha derin anlaşılması için tanımı, tarihsel gelişimi, özellikleri, hizmet sunum ve kurulum modellerinin detaylı incelenmesi yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise, turizm ve bulut bilişim uygulamaları detaylı olarak incelenmektedir.

Through this work, we try to define the most important issues and challenges in the field of Mobile Cloud Computing technology, by illustrating the most significant works related to MCC through the recent years. Count on our study, and regarding the huge benefits offered by the Mobile Cloud Computing technology, we try to achieve a more safe and trusted environment for the MCC users in order to operate the functions, and transfer, edit and manage data and applications, proposing a new method based on the existing AES encryption algorithm, which is according to our study, the most relevant encryption algorithm to a Cloud environment. As a conclusion to our work, we suggest as a future plan to focus on finding new ways to achieve a better integration MCC with other technologies, focusing on security algorithms and all the challenges that the technologies faced on the security level.
