An assessment activity must have a legal justification. The regulatory documents are results of a land plot state assessment carried out in the Russia regions on a regular basis. In this research mathematical models for evaluating land plots in Krasnoyarsk region based on data from the state assessment of 2012 and 2017 were built. The models were s...

In order to introduce a new method into the complex of instrumental observations for monitoring explosive eruptions, the authors analyze response intensity of the atmospheric electric potential gradient (PG) during the passage of eruptive clouds. In the area of the volcano Shiveluch there are two observation points of PG. Two eruptions of the Shive...

New data on aphyllophoroid and some heterobasidiomycetous fungi in central part of the nature reserve “Pizhemskiy” and the natural monument “Urochishche Vasin Bor”, located in the southwestern part of the Kirov Region at the south taiga subzone, is presented. A total of 212 species and two intraspecific taxons of basidial macromycetes were found on both protected territories, of which 40 species are indicated for the first time for the Kirov Region. The checklist contains information about frequency of finds, habitats and substrate association for each species. 25 species found in the study area are rare both in the European part of Russia and in the countries of Northern Europe. New locations have been discovered for four species (Diplomitoporus crustulinus, Flavidoporia mellita, Hericium coralloides, Rigidoporus crocatus), included in the Red data Book of the Kirov Region. 14 species are presented as indicators of old-growth forest. By now, 175 species of basidiomycete fungi have been recorded at the territory of the reserve “Pizhemskiy”, and 143 species – on the territory of the natural monument “Urochishche Vasin Bor”. The presented data confirm the great importance of these protected areas for maintaining and preserving of the regional diversity of mycobiota.

The cystidia and ampullate pseudocystidia in the aculei as described in the original description (Malysheva 2006) could be interpreted as immature, developing basidia and terminal, clavate hyphal end cells, respectively. Additional specimens and sequence data are necessary to determine if R. arborifer is a distinct species or an aberrant form of R. molaris. ...

Species of Radulomyces (Radulomycetaceae, Agaricales) with spines were studied by morphological and molecular methods. Phylogenetic analyses and morphological studies show that Radulomyces paumanokensis is a later synonym of Radulomyces copelandii and that Radulomyces licentii is a distinct taxon. Based on morphologic and molecular data, the new genus Noblesia (Meruliaceae, Polyporales) is proposed to accommodate Sistotrema croceum and Peniophora femsjoeensis. Sarcodontia is emended and restricted to three species with 13 taxa excluded from the genus. For many years, Sarcodontia crocea was based on an erroneous concept of Sistotrema croceum. The correct name for the taxon with striking yellow spines found on Malus and Pyrus in Europe is Sarcodontia setosa; its North American sister species is Sarcodontia amplissima comb. nov. Hydnum sulphureum is a synonym of Sarcodontia uda, and Acia flava is a later synonym of Xylodon quercinus. Species excluded from Sarcodontia are discussed, and the new combination Hyalodon sibirica is proposed.
... J. Erikss. Later, Malysheva (2006) indicated the morphological similarity of these two species to B. radula and assigned both H. quercina and H. syringae to Basidioradulum. In the same year, Larsson et al. (2006) demonstrated the polyphyly of Hyphodontia based on DNA evidence: H. quercina nested in a well-supported clade that also included several species currently classified as Xylodon, whereas B. radula formed a clade distant from all Hyphodontia in the wide sense (sensu Eriksson 1958). ...

Modern taxonomic studies of Agaricomycetes rely on the integrative analyses of morphology, environmental data, geographic distribution, and usually several DNA loci. However, sampling and selection of DNA loci for the analyses are commonly shallow. In this study, we suggest minimal numbers of necessary specimens to sample and DNA loci to analyze in order to prevent inadequate taxonomic decisions in species groups with minor morphological and genealogical differences. We sampled four unlinked nuclear DNA gene regions (nuc rDNA ITS1-5.8S-ITS2, gh63, rpb2, and tef1) to revise the systematics of a common wood-decaying species Basidioradulum radula (Hymenochaetales) on an intercontinental set of specimens collected in the Northern Hemisphere. The DNA loci analyzed violate the genealogical concordance phylogenetic species recognition principles, thus confirming a single-species interpretation. We conclude that Hyphodontia syringae is a younger synonym of B. radula.

Morphological and molecular analyses of the European Marasmius omphaliiformis, the north American Clitocybe ulmicola, the Indian Clitocybula albida, the African Hydropus globosporus, some undescribed, misinterpreted or provisional taxa and environmental sequences from Asia, Estonia and USA, and six newly described agaricoid species from New Zealand and Dominican Republic demonstrate that they form a major clade together with the cyphelloid genus Porotheleum (Porotheleaceae), a clade we consider to represent Porotheleaceae s. stricto. Marasmius omphaliiformis, three species from Dominican Republic and one from New Zealand are recognized to be members of the genus Porotheleum despite the different morphology (shape, habit) of their basidiomes. Consequently, Porotheleum is emended to also encompass agaricoid taxa. The main characters shared by all the species of the Porotheleaceae s. stricto are the lignicolous habitat and the presence of clamp connections. Sarcodimitic tissues and metachromatic elements (trama and/or cystidia) in Cresyl blue are present in most taxa of the Porotheleaceae s. stricto. French material of Porotheleum omphaliiforme is here selected as a reference specimen. A North American collection named as Hydropus omphaliiformis represents a different taxon. Finally, the new genera Hydropodia and Pseudohydropus are established for encompassing Mycena subalpina and Agaricus floccipes and allied species, respectively.
