Web-conferencing systems (WCS) are gaining momentum in the implementation of distance learning for young people, especially during and after the spread of COVID-19. In this regard, it seems urgent to identify technologies for distance learning education that correspond to modern teacher education to the fullest and are effective, user-friendly and convenient for all subjects of the educational process. This experiment revealed the most popular formats of communication for long-distance students in the implementation of future teachers’ professional training by means of video conferencing on the Zoom platform. The analysis of the implementation of various formats of interaction based on the questionnaire of research participants demonstrated a positive trend in the level of user expectations from educational interaction, technical preferences and students’ attitude to distance learning by means of web-conferencing. The implementation of distance learning using web-conferencing in group and full-class formats of interaction made it possible to increase social presence through the interactive cooperation of the students with each other and with the teacher in the educational and social context. These formats enhance social and cognitive interaction, thus developing key competencies in future teachers related to the ability to implement effective communication when working in a teaching team. It causes an increase in educational efficiency level and is critical, since it allows information to be obtained through interaction with each other and with the content presented on the screen. Thereby, educational distance communication with the help of web-conferencing should be considered as a new form of social and educational communication in the implementation of professional training rather than as a technical non-traditional tool for teacher education.

The current education system for preschool students has relatively small differences and cannot fully reflect the true mastery of students. The article designs a cognitive system for preschool students' educational scoring based on mathematical statistics. The article uses the attention vector and knowledge acceptance in children's teaching as a multi-scale convolution level to analyze the effect of education. The study results found that the evaluation system can analyze the quality of children's education while also considering children's learning emotions.

... Conditions such as difficulties in finding a job or the inability to find a decent job encourage students to make a decision to continue their studies for the sake of professional skills improvement. Researchers declare that the first reason for introducing a lifelong learning model into the education system is the lack of well-trained educators, particularly of a young age (Nagovitsyn et al., 2019). The second reason lies in the impact of digitalization on students, on the basis of which opportunities for socialization and building a new model of student-teacher relationship are expanded (Zanina et al., 2019). ...

The relevance of this research is due to the need to study the possibilities of lifelong learning in modern educational settings. Its central aim was to consider the influence of modern technologies on the level of professionalism of teachers in the process of lifelong learning. For this, a specially developed model aimed at increasing student motivation was introduced, and corresponding pre- and post-surveys were conducted. The results of the experiment showed an increase in the demand for lifelong learning in the modern learning environment and the active use of modern technologies. In the meantime, the outcomes of the repeated survey demonstrated the expansion of the list of motivation factors. Prospects for further research are seen in the possibility of applying the results obtained when analyzing the features of lifelong learning in other countries in the context of the modern education system in a comparative aspect. Apart from this, future studies use the achieved findings to scrutinize the influence of pedagogical innovations on lifelong learning effectiveness. Keywords: Education system, lifelong learning, modern technologies, pedagogical innovation,; professionalism.

This paper aims to highlight the role of continuing education among the teachers of India. The study identifies factors which influence teachers in Higher education institutions (HEI) for continuing education. The paper also explores the impact of continuing education on career growth and development. A systematic survey was conducted among the teachers in Higher education institutions of Uttarakhand, India. Factor analysis is used to identify the important factors that influence teachers to enrol for continuing education. SPSS and AMOS are used to analyse the data. Introduction of distance technologies is necessary in the professional training of students, despite various assessments of its effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to develop the students’ upbringing system in a distance format and experimentally prove its impact on the main directions of future teachers’ upbringing, in comparison with off-line extracurricular activities. 156 undergraduate students took part in the experiment. Experimental research is the author’s paradigm for the formation of youth upbringing in extracurricular activities, which includes six synergistically interrelated areas. The students’ upbringing system developed in the study was tested in two formats of implementation: in off-line format at the first stage of the study and in distance format at the second stage. The statistical data obtained confirm the effectiveness of extracurricular activities for the formation of the future teachers’ upbringing only in off-line format. The introduction of distance technologies in the implementation of upbringing extracurricular activities does not have a positive effect on students, but in some areas has an opposite negative effect. The practical significance of the study is determined by the introduction of a self-analysis and monitoring system into the educational process through the use of Facebook and VKontakte social networks.

This paper focuses on the importance of continuing education among employees in information technology companies in India. The study also identifies the factors which influence employees for continuing education and its impact on their career growth and development. A systematic survey of the 315 employees working in the top ten IT companies was conducted to accumulate primary data. Factor analysis was used to identify the factors for continuing education and career growth and development. The analysis of the study stipulates that factors including- financial investment, time requirements for completing the course, employment opportunities and acquiring new skills play an important role among employees for continuing education. This study also reveals that continuing education has a positive impact on career growth and development. With the help of continuing education, employees get professional growth (better career opportunities, job security, salary increment, and promotion) and personal growth (personality development, development of interpersonal skills, development of technical skills and self-confidence). Research reveals that providing financial support and time for continuing education by employers motivates the employees as they perceive that companies value them, in turn, effectively improves employee retention. Information technology companies can provide continuing education by making tie-up with educational and training institutes, e-learning certification courses, external & internal training. Continuing education boosts the confidence of the employees and also helps the organization to develop.
