Introduction. The transformation of the museum, the modernization of its activity as an object of the recreation industry in the context of cultural recreation, the transfer of knowledge in a new, interesting and accessible form caused the need to update traditional expositions, intensify exhibition activities and, as a result, change its communication policy. However, today in the theoretical and practical planes of socio-cultural management, the issues of its marketing communications remain unresolved, the main task of which is to help increase attendance, expand the museum audience, or spread information about the museum among those who are unable to directly familiarize themselves with its exposition. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the study is to determine the communication strategy of the regional museum on the example of the communal cultural institution “Kremenchuk Local History Museum” and to represent a series of communication events as a component of its PR activity. The purpose of the research is realized by performing the following tasks: determining the ideals, interests and values of the potential museum audience, as well as optimal communication channels; representation of developed PR activities aimed at establishing communication between the museum and visitors and promoting its popularization. Results. The article clarifies the results of a sociological survey conducted at the initial stage of the research in order to find out the direction of modeling special PR events for the promotion of the Kremenchuk Local History Museum and identifies a number of PR events aimed at establishing communication between the museum and visitors and promoting its popularization. Conclusions. The use of the latest marketing strategy paradigm together with the implementation of digital infrastructure will allow improving the processes of the museum management system, modernizing its main mechanisms, popularizing museum institutions and their services.

Introduction. The processes that are taking place today under the influence of globalization in the world economy cause serious claims to the theory of economic management, since it mainly takes into account the economic component of economic activity and almost ignores its semantic, symbolic, moral, and aesthetic significance, which negatively affects labor productivity and efficiency management as a whole. Therefore, turning to the study of economic activity in the philosophical and cultural aspects seems relevant and justified. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is the philosophical and cultural conceptualization of the dynamic nature of the economic life of society, which will allow deepening the understanding of the essence of economic culture, its basic values, and its management system. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, cultural, historical, and interdisciplinary approaches to the study of organizational phenomena and processes. Results. The essence of the culture of the economic life of the society is revealed. The regularities and trends of the development of economic culture have been revealed. The basic values of the culture of human economic activity, their semantic, symbolic, moral, and aesthetic significance depending on the stage of development of society and its cultural specificity are determined. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the deepening of the understanding of the essence of the culture of the economic life of society, the definition of its components, and basic values. The significance of the research is found in the addition of cultural science with new theoretical provisions about the culture of economic activity, as well as in the possibility of using them in the process of training managers of economic organizations.
... Internal factors drive the development and change of things, while External factors are indispensable conditions (Martynyshyn, 2020). In China, a new idea of "circular inquiry" and the national "dynamic cycle within macro-stage" should be regarded as the main body and centre of public management philosophy because the emotional cycle within the macro-stage has played a crucial role in promoting its development. ...

This article makes three main contributions. They first expound on the theoretical basis of modernizing public management philosophy in detail from directional guidance, primary structure and reasonable interpretation. Secondly, through objective demand, subjective motivation, and institutional advantage, analyzing the endogenously driven force of the modernization in public management philosophy. Thirdly, combining the current situation of public management philosophy, drawing on and absorbing the endogenous logic of Chinese new development pattern, then defining the framework of modernizing public management philosophy as exploring the internal dynamic cycle, investigating the environmental evolution outside, and researching the benign interaction between them.

... Popular today is the synergetic concept of systems analysis in management, which arose as a reaction to the limited analytical capabilities of traditional approaches in a radical change in the systems conditions, especially social, increasing their instability, uncertainty and dynamism. Its main principles are the provisions of: the systems openness, the difference between their properties from the properties of individual elements; consideration of the system both from the standpoint of hierarchy and its absence; taking into account the selforganization of the elements; presence of linear and nonlinear processes, imbalances; negative and positive (provided that self-organization prevails over management) feedback (Haken, 1977(Haken, , 2006(Haken, , 2012Prigogine, 2000;Vasilkova, 1999;Prangishvili, 2000;Spitcnadel, 2000;Chernogor, 2008;Tarasenko, 2010;Malinetskii, 2017;Trubetskov, 2018;Martynyshyn et al., 2020).
