The quality of learning is expected to continue to improve, but supervision management continues to decline. This research aims to identify strategic factors involved in implementing supervision at the elementary school level. Quantitative methods were applied in this research using a census design, where 250 teachers were asked to fill out a questionnaire via the Google Form platform. However, because some teachers were unfamiliar with technology, only 213 teachers responded. The collected data was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings from this research show that there is a direct influence between supervision planning, IT-based communication and implementation of supervision on supervision follow-up. while supervision planning and IT-based communication influence supervision follow-up through the implementation of supervision

Abstrak: Mengulik Tahapan dan Potensi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Klinis Guru menjadi pilar penting pendidikan. Bimbingan dan pembinaan terhadap guru dalam bentuk supervisi semestinya dilaksanakan dengan baik. Salah satu jenis supervisi yang dapat dilakukan adalah supervisi klinis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaparkan tahapan supervisi klinis, dan menganalisis potensi pelaksanaan supervisi klinis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian literatur yang dilaksanakan dengan empat tahap yaitu pencarian referensi, identifikasi, diskusi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Literatur yang dikaji sebanyak 20 artikel dan 7 buku yang bertaraf nasional maupun internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Tahapan supervisi klinis meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi; 2) Potensi pelaksanaan supervisi klinis sangat baik karena mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi instruksional sehingga menghasilkan guru yang profesional. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi klinis menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan profesionalitas guru.
