span>University website is the platform for university to interact with people. It is also an interphase for people to infer and getting known about the university. In addition, quality of the university website is vital to let people get positive response to the university. Therefore, university website should be evaluated for better performance. This study evaluate website of Malaysian Technical University (MTUN) on year of 2016 based on the criteria selected using online web diagnostics tools. There are nine criteria selected to measure the website; load time, response time, page rank, traffic, design optimization, page size, number of items, markup validation and broken link. The result shows website of UMP performed better in design optimization, page rank and markup validation. Meanwhile, UTHM performed in page rank, load time and page size. UTEM excellences in response time, number of items and broken link. Lastly, UniMAP performed in traffic criteria only. However, the (MTUN) University website is almost not meets with the criteria that selected with the quality standard that have been suggested. </span

In this era of internet, e-commerce is growing by leaps and bounds keeping the growth of brick-and-mortar businesses in the dust. In many cases, brick-and-mortar businesses are resorting to having a counterpart which is internet or e-commerce driven. People in the developed world and a growing number of people in the developing world now use ecommerce websites on a daily basis to make their everyday purchases. Still the proliferation of e-commerce in the underdeveloped world is not that great and there is a lot to desire for It consists of the planning process, which starts with determining the use case, domain modeling and architectural pattern of the web application. The entire development process is primarily divided into two parts: the front-end development and the back end development. The aim of this paper is to study the domain of World Wide Web site development and also put forward a methodology to assist with this process. These methodologies have their proselytizers and those who decry the constraints and rigidity of prescriptive frameworks. The methodology presented here is unintended to be a panacea for the problems of web development; rather it is hoped it will provide a functional framework for guiding the process. The main study points out that the demographic profile of customers, the online seller of the product, the type of products to be purchased, and the characteristics of online shopping websites had an optimistic impact on the intention and online shopping behavior of the customers. The paper would help the marketers to implement ways and means to pull online shoppers. It will be helpful for the customer to understand the advantages and disadvantages of online shopping. En las prácticas del comercio electrónico, las acciones desempeñadas a través del reconocimiento de palabras claves contribuyen una ventaja competitiva para las empresas, dado que la costumbre del turista por buscar información y gestionar sus viajes, provoca para las marcas, la necesidad de mostrarse y visibilizarse a través de las plataformas web. En dicho sentido, con el propósito de reconocer la realidad en cuanto a la explotación de las palabras claves en los portales web de empresas distribuidoras turísticas cuencanas, la investigación aplicó procedimientos de exploración y análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos desarrollados tanto en SPSS como en Nvivo. Estudios que permitieron descubrir que la gestión de palabras claves en las agencias de viaje, parecería aún no ser una prioridad, o que termina por ser ineficiente. Hallazgo que ha contribuido a deducir que la recomendación básica, con la cual se pueda aportar al contexto social, es la influencia sobre la importancia del uso de palabras claves y su impacto, tanto en la promoción de destinos turísticos, como en la generación de valor orientada a la personalización o individualización de productos.
