... general cameras, the following steps are taken: first, the lens captures the object to be photographed, and then, the shutter is released to save the digital image in the camera body or storage device (Fig. 2). First, the object to be photographed is captured by the lens, and then the amount of light entering the lens and the focus are adjusted to produce an optical image of the object on the image sensor in the flat camera based on the characteristics of light refraction of the lens. The actual lens in a general digital camera consists of a ...

The energy consumed in buildings constitutes more than half of the total electricity consumption and is highly correlated with the number of occupants; therefore, it is necessary to use occupancy information in energy consumption analysis. However, the number of occupants may not be accurate owing to measurement errors caused by various factors, su...

The increase in digital video material has increased the requirement for efficient video processing methods. Conventional techniques of video processing are sometimes time-consuming and reliant on substantial user intervention, resulting in decreased efficiency and precision. Video processing based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) is developing as a feasible alternative to conventional approaches. In this study, we investigate the application of Object-Oriented AI concepts to video processing. Our method utilizes object identification and recognition algorithms based on deep learning to recognize and track objects in video streams. In addition, we illustrate the efficacy of our method by applying it to a variety of actual video processing settings
