Now day " s scientists are trying to make a bullet system which can be used in combats in which enemies are hiding behind the walls. It is impossible for soldiers to hit them with ordinary bullet system. One have to hit directly to the body of enemy to kill him with ordinary bullets. Snipers are used to knock out distance target but for much higher distance it is nearly impossible to hit target perfectly with sniper bullet. Practically speaking sniper bullets are not smart one. In this paper we trying to see latest research on smart bullet system & our contribution to the system. 1. INTRODUCTION A gun that fires explosive rounds able to neutralize enemies camped out behind cover. Contains explosive rounds which can exploded at our will. Gun uses guns laser range finder to find the range of target. Bullet contains a preprogramed microchips which are capable of registering the distance by rotation of bullet during travel through air. Number of rotations per second will be constant for a bullet. So distance travelled by bullet can be found out by keeping rotations constant. this means that after specific rotations(varies on distance of target) the bullet will explode without any external agent involved. Without any impact on object this bullet will explode in air. The shockwave created through this bullet will hit the target.
