The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on innovation performance with the mediator role of organizational learning in ABBAND Mazandaran manufacturing and industrial Company. The research design was descriptive and correlation and specifically is based on structural equation model. The study population was all supervisors and employees of ABBAND Mazandaran manufacturing and industrial Company. For measuring variables of research, three questionnaires were used based on the Likert 5 options range and the questionnaires were distributed among 220 supervisors and employees of ABBAND Mazandaran Company. Content validity of the three questionnaires was carried out by a number of experts and management professionals and the reliability of TQM, Learning Organization and innovation performance questionnaires was determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient as 0.96, 0.82, and 0.94, respectively. The results showed that there is a causal relationship between TQM, learning organization and innovation performance. Also, organizational learning mediates the effect of TQM on innovation performance.
... However, there are differences between the features of the manufacturing industry and the service industry, and thus their elements are different. The manufacturing industry rarely has direct contact with customers (Mittal et al., 2011), whereas the service industry pays great attention to person-to-person contact and stresses the improvement of employee values. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the diffusion of the UNE 166002 innovation management standard in Spain and to forecast the pattern of a hypothetic future innovation management standard at international level. Using data provided by all of the accredited organizations at the end of 2011 in Spain, the evolution of the diffusion of the UNE 166002 standard since it was created is analysed. In addition, this paper extrapolates the analysis of the diffusion of the Spanish Innovation Management standard to European and international scales. In addition, a comparison of a hypothetic future innovation management standard diffusion with the evolution of the most recognized standards. The results confirm that the diffusion of UNE 166002 follows a logistic S-shaped curve. Moreover, the results show that the extrapolated diffusion of the hypothetic future innovation management standard at a European or an international level, would be approaching 85,000 European certificates and more than 1,200,000 if it was an ISO standard. The findings of this study should be of interest for researchers, institutions and organizations involved with this type of certifications, as well as, these organizations that are currently leading the creation of the future international innovation management standard. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the treatment effectiveness of CPM machine during post-operative treatment of ACL patients. It was hypothesized (H0) that there is no significance difference on muscles activities between experimental period (during movement) with CPM machine and control period (during resting) before treatment with CPM machine. The data analysis compared the following variables for 11 patients who received CPM machine for 30 min conducted as an experimental period and during the first minute before treatment with CPM machine, performed as a control period or baseline. In this cross sectional study, 11 patient male military personnel who fulfilled the inclusion criteria was chosen specifically based on simple random sampling method. Muscles activities in the rectus femoris (RF) and bicep femoris (BF) were assessed by surface electromyography during treatment with CPM machine. Based on the result of this study, showed that the null hypothesis (H0) of this research was accepted because at the 5% level of significance, the evidence is sufficient to conclude that rectus femoris and biceps femoris muscles is not activated compared during resting and during movement with CPM machine. Therefore, the treatment effectiveness of CPM machine was assessed completely in the way to provide evidence concerning muscle is relaxed during treatment session.
