With the rapid development of information technology, the development of information technology has become the main focus of national development, and the informationization of education in colleges and universities has also been mentioned as a strategic height, and various fields such as student management and teaching methods are also being continuously intelligentized and informative. In this paper, we obtain relevant data from the information systems of colleges and universities and use the K-Means clustering algorithm based on information entropy and density optimization to cluster and analyze educational data. The optimal clustering coefficient is used to determine major school behavioral characteristics, such as students’ academic performance, consumption amount, access control records, and so forth. It can be analyzed. Are respectively used as the clustering dimensions of K-Means, and the information entropy is used to determine the attribute weight values to classify these dimensions, and to find out the common prominent characteristics in their same class. Then analyze the laws of student behavior and cluster them into categories. The academic early warning model evaluation index is used to verify the model’s accuracy. Among them, the academic early warning model proposed in this paper has an accuracy rate of 95.2%, while the precision rate and recall rate at different warning levels reach more than 90%. The validity of the model has been verified. The study shows that the introduction of educational data mining technology can solve the pain points for modeling and analyzing diverse data and accurately predict student behavior.

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Terhadap Kualitas Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: a. pengelolaan manajemen tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sesuai dengan planning, organizing, actuating, controlling; b. pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada tenaga pendidik dalam konteks meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; c. faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan terhadap kualitas hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya; d. strategi manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya. Pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan adalah kegiatan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan masuk ke dalam organisasi pendidikan. Akhirnya, berhenti melalui proses pendidikan dan latihan pengembangan serta pemberhentian. In order to solve the problem of low development efficiency of agricultural mechanization information network system, a design and discussion method of agricultural machinery equipment information management and control system is proposed. This paper introduces the technologies required to realize the agricultural machinery operation management control system: Android development technology required to develop mobile phone positioning software, Internet map API for displaying location data, and construction of agricultural machinery resource allocation model for the realization of the scheduling module. Different objective functions are set, and the model results in different situations are obtained through experimental data. The experimental data are in the case of schedulable agricultural machinery, if the target is short-distance short-distance operation, it can save time by 0.16 h, and the existing M1 model is in Changying. Village work, the work end time is about 2.5 hours; M4 and M2 models work in the Xuzhuang Village, and the work end time is about 0.5 h; M3 model works in the Jiangtang Village, and the calculation results for different goals are as follows: M1 model first dispatches short-distance operations; the M3 type is dispatched first for short-distance operations; the M4 type operating in Xuzhuang Village is given priority to dispatch short-distance and short-distance operations. In any economy, the financial sector is interpreted as the driving force in the process of achieving growth through the appropriate and optimal allocation of resources to productive economic sectors. Financial institutions are defined as customer service providers. The generalization of the obtained results to the whole statistical population is the last step in this research. The research is a survey that can provide data on attitudes, feelings, beliefs, past behaviors, recorded behaviors, and the recognition of the acquisition of personal characteristics. Considering that the services available in commercial banks are relatively the same and it is difficult for most banks to differentiate these services from competitors, therefore, many banks around the world have tended to use the relationship marketing approach. The concept of relationship marketing was first mentioned in the American marketing literature in a 1983 article by Barry, who considered relationship marketing as a strategy for attracting, retaining, and strengthening customer relationships. This means that if the bank’s reciprocal relationships increase by 1 unit, it is 95% likely that the value of customer satisfaction with financial services will increase by 0.663 units. Factor loads also have a very good quality in explaining their construct because they have a value of more than 5%. On the other hand, the value of the t significance coefficient for the relationship between the variables of the bank’s reciprocal relationships and customer satisfaction with financial services is 8.471 at the 95% confidence level, which is more than 1.96, indicating the importance of the bank’s reciprocal relationships on customer satisfaction with financial services. To evaluate the sixth hypothesis that “the bank’s reciprocal relationships affect customer satisfaction with financial services,” factor load and significance coefficient obtained from structural equation modeling were used. Considering the path coefficient related to this hypothesis, it can be concluded that the bank’s reciprocal relationships with the value of 0.663 affect customer satisfaction with financial services.

In the education information retrieval of accounting talent innovation and entrepreneurship training, there may be issues such as inconsistent data quality, missing data, and outdated data, leading to a decrease in the performance of education information retrieval. To this end, a deep learning based accounting talent innovation and entrepreneurship training education information retrieval method is designed. Preprocesses such as text cleaning, Chinese word segmentation, vectorization of text, noise filtering, etc. are implemented for all texts. Aiming at the characteristics of high dimensionality and high sparsity of traditional multi classification text representation and classification methods based on bag of words model features, combined with the advantages of deep learning model to effectively extract high-level features, a deep belief convolution neural network model integrating deep belief network is proposed to extract low dimensionality, dense text high-level feature vector representation and implement text classification. Design a short learning model based on Actor Critic algorithm, use TCN to model the user to obtain the user’s intention, use two fully connected feedforward neural networks to represent the strategy and value function respectively, implement relevance matching for the query and document classification results, and realize the education information retrieval of accounting talent innovation and entrepreneurship training. The test results show that the design method has higher MAP, lower NDCG and ERR, and has good educational information retrieval performance.

The aim of this article is to study the framework design of science and technology venture capital salary management system driven by blockchain technology. Firstly, it expounds on the background and research significance of enterprise salary management. According to the current theory and research direction of salary management in domestic science and technology enterprises, combined with the mode of salary management in domestic enterprises, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of enterprise salary management and the relevant algorithms driven by blockchain technology, among which the typical is consensus algorithm. Then, the salary management system is established, and the use cases of the system are analyzed according to the operation and business process of the system. Finally, according to the system requirements analysis, the overall network and software framework of the system are designed, the main business processes of the system are designed, and the database solution is put forward. The system test shows that the system finally completes the basic business of enterprise salary management, the operation interface is simple and convenient, the program runs stably, and can achieve the expected effect of demand analysis.
