Decomposing the structure of a large number of existing posts through data mining will greatly improve the effect of enterprise human resource structure optimization. To this end, this paper proposes an end-to-end competency-aware job requirement generation framework to automate the job requirement generation, and the prediction based on competency...

... However, it is impossible to come into possession of all data and then process them to generate meaning that describes the world. Thus far, computational intelligence has been able to carry out classification or clustering [12][13][14], or what could potentially be considered a paradigm of data mining [15], which works for both big data and information sources [16] to generate standardized consultations either as samples or summaries (datasets) [17]. This way, data are framed based on activity interests, such as education or research for community services (in triplicate), so that every individual human shares competence such as that portrayed in the following quote: "Who controls the data will rule the world [18]". ...
... Perhaps to understand the world well [1], according to the advice of Galileo Galilei [184], it is necessary to read parts of the world as if the pages of a great book [16], that is, the universe that is constantly open to the human mind [166]. Each page contains records of the characteristics of subsystems as encoded data [46], maybe in composed words [169], or maybe in literature language to interpret natural ideas such as genetics/DNA. ...

It is not simple to consider the world from only one side, but analyzing all sides can cloud comprehension without reaching deep insight found at the core. In a word as a whole, there is potential for telling the whole world in one word, i.e., data, leading to interpretations as phenomena and paradigms at the core of this review. The tug of war between the two sides explains that data represent the world, or vice versa, and present a fundamental view that systems or subsystems frame the world, even though they are encoded and composed of culture, rules, or approaches such as the threshold of democracy. When the COVID-19 pandemic posed a threat, human efforts contributed to finding potentially answers to questions presented by the world: what, who, where, when, why, and how (5 wh); a calling in the form of a challenge, where facts show something. All these questions resulted in research, education, and service activities, with their respective data frameworks producing results. This paper aims to reveal the meaning of the outcomes through an observation from an outside perspective. Therefore, like COVID-19 and its vaccines, the assertion of convexity and concave contradictions in the treatment of data leads to a mutually conjugate treatment of data. In this regard, statistics and artificial intelligence play separate and complementary roles.

Human resources play a crucial role in the success of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and in today’s competitive recruitment landscape, leveraging technology can be instrumental in enhancing these processes. Organizations and HR departments increasingly adopt artificial intelligence solutions to streamline recruitment and selection procedures. By doing so, SMEs can improve operational efficiency while enabling human resource (HR) specialists to focus on crucial tasks, enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. However, adopting artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment remains limited among SMEs. We can attribute this to various factors, including a need for more capacity among SME managers to evaluate and leverage AI’s potential and concerns related to costs and risks associated with its implementation. Given that SMEs constitute 90% of businesses and contribute over 50% of global employment, it is crucial to address this issue and research ways to enhance recruitment processes specifically tailored for SMEs. Our research aims to explore the benefits, challenges, and necessary organizational resources for SMEs to adopt AI effectively in recruitment processes.

The application of minimalism in product appearance design has gained significant attention in recent years due to its focus on simplicity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. This paper explores the use of Associative Data Mining Optimized Feature Selection (ADM-OFS) classifier with deep learning techniques to analyze the application of minimalism in product appearance design, using Bang&Olufsen products as a case study. The proposed ADM-OFS perform feature selection is performed using an associative data mining approach, which estimates the most relevant and influential features that contribute to minimalistic design. The optimized feature selection process enhances the accuracy and efficiency of the analysis by reducing the dimensionality of the dataset while retaining its essential characteristics. The ADM-OFS model comprises the deep learning techniques employed to capture intricate patterns and relationships between minimalism and product appearance design. The deep learning model is trained on the dataset, enabling it to recognize complex visual features and make predictions about the minimalistic qualities of new product designs. The findings of ADM-OFS provide valuable insights into the application of minimalism in product appearance design, specifically in the context of Bang&Olufsen products. The analysis demonstrated the ADM-OFS classifier with deep learning, in analyzing and interpreting the application of minimalism in product appearance design. The findings of ADM-OFS stated that the designers, manufacturers, and researchers in their pursuit of creating visually appealing and functionally efficient products that embody the principles of minimalism.
