Automation is not a new phenomenon, and questions about its effects have long followed its advances. More than a half-century ago, US President Lyndon B. Johnson established a national commission to examine the impact of technology on the economy, declaring that automation “can be the ally of our prosperity if we will just look ahead”. In this pape...

Human resource management (HRM) is vital to the success of government and non-governmental organizations. More businesses are replacing human-performed jobs globally with robots. The next step could be fully autonomous systems in which robots run entire businesses. We're already seeing an increase in this phenomenon, in which hotel and dining services, parcel delivery, and even wars are performed without humans. Therefore, it's essential to introduce robotics resource management (RRM). The goal of this research is to introduce the concept of RRM and to investigate the potential environmental consequences of RRM. By highlighting the environmental challenges of RRM, the study can assist industrial and government policymakers in anticipating the potential environmental risks of increased robotics employment under Industry 5.0 and beyond. Furthermore, the research may spark new academic debate in a largely unexplored environmental and socioeconomic RRM frontier. The study also contributes to the management sciences literature by proposing the concept of RRM.

The same thing was conveyed by Arduengo & Sentis (2020) that the relationship between robots and economic predictions in the next 20 years, approximately 50% of jobs in modern countries such as the US and China, Britain, Germany, and Japan will be replaced by robots/automation. However, the majority of millennial generations think that technology can create jobs rather than eliminate them. ...

This paper aims to critically review best technology practices for native digital students in Indonesia. The success of learning using technology today cannot be separated from educators' ability to choose technology practice models from various learning sources. To present practices used for the digital generation, we have looked at data from dozens of scientific findings that examine digital best practices, particularly those that improve learning outcomes. After the data has been collected, we continue the critical review process to discuss the phenomenon and its attributes. Searching for data, analyzing, and summarizing data to answer the research questions was carried out with validity and reliability. We rely on online data searches. The result uses devices, teleconferencing, smart boards, reflective web journals, cloud servers, 3D printing, learning and practicing, maintaining flexibility and persistence, promoting collaboration, feedback, and research culture. Thus, these results will serve as essential reminder inputs for educators and researchers, curriculum innovation.
... With the ability of the future robots to interact, think, and act like a human, this will cause substantial global disruption to society, labor, and economy [6]- [8] For techno-skeptics, the robots are deemed to be feared of considering the wealth gap caused by displaced low-skilled workers, greater unemployment in developing countries, and insufficiency of regulating ethical, moral, socio-economic policies and laws [9]. On the flip side, for the techno-positivists, robotics advancement is viewed to increase labor demand as new highvalued jobs are to be created; subsequently, there will be a reduction of underemployment, quality of life improvement, and work satisfaction [10]. ...

Study participants evaluated the use of robots in general, and specifically the use of humanoid robots for 36 different job positions in accommodation establishments in Turkey. This exploratory study aimed to determine the positions in which it will be easier to adopt the use of robots in accommodation businesses. It also examined the role of the participant's gender and age regarding the potential use of robots. An online survey was used to collect data, and the data was obtained from 407 participants. Contrary to the theory of anthropomorphism, but consistent with the Uncanny Valley and social comparison theories, the results of the study showed that the participants were adamant that it was not appropriate to use robots for 25 of the job positions out of 36. Humanoid robots were considered appropriate for positions that provide cleaning services, perform takeaway and delivery services, or where customers do not interact one-on-one during their stay. It was concluded that young people evaluated the use of robots in the sector more positively than older people. Similarly, women tended to make more positive evaluations than men. The original value of this research is based on the lack of studies evaluating the potential of using robots for positions in accommodation establishments.

Organizations need to innovate to stay relevant, for example, through the innovative work behavior of employees. Previous studies highlighted how different innovative phases may require other leadership behavior. In the present study, the authors aim to discover which type of transformational leadership behaviour best encourages employees in which innovative phase, both from the perspective of the manager and the employee. They conducted interviews with 42 leaders and 43 followers within four innovative companies in the e-tailing sector. They use thematic analysis and quantisization of the data. The results show that not every subcomponent of transformational leadership has the same influence on each phase of innovative work behavior, nor with the same magnitude. The most prevalent relationship is between intellectual stimulation and idea generation. They report specific actions by leaders that promote innovative work behavior in followers.

Rapid technological developments have affected business areas and caused differences in products and services. The tourism and hospitality industry has also been affected by these rapid developments, and the use and importance of new technologies have increased. In this context, this research aims to evaluate the use of artificial intelligence and robotic technologies in the field of tourism marketing with data obtained from secondary data. As a result of the research, it has been determined that artificial intelligence and robotic technology applications in the tourism sector offer personalized and new opportunities for tourists in their travel decisions. Within the scope of the research, it has been suggested that these opportunities offered through big data are important in reducing operating costs and ensuring personnel productivity and competitive advantage. Therefore, using artificial intelligence in tourism marketing positively contributes to the systematic analysis of customer information.
