Carry look-ahead adder (CLA) is a fast adder. This paper is to accelerate the 4-bit CLA circuit. In this circuit, power been analysed for various size. Moreover, logic gates have less fan-in and fan-out and signal through one less MOS transistor in critical path. Both the static and dynamic design are being compared with power and size. Carry look ahead adder is designed in various size like 2um, 250nm, 125nm, 65nm in Tanner Tool.

In this survey paper we can see the comparison of density and temperature for petrol, diesel and crude oil,. Density is the mass of any material per unit volume. Most of the materials have lower density of liquid than the solid but this is not true in all condition. Water has a higher density in the liquid state than the solid and the temperature is related to the average kinetic energy of the atoms or molecules within the substance and it is proved that volume is directly proportional to temperature by the equation PV=nRT.

As new technologies has been introduced and utilized in modern world, there is a need to bring advancement in the field of agriculture also. Various Researches have been undergone to improve crop cultivation and have been widely used. In order to improve the crop productivity efficiently, it is necessary to monitor the environmental conditions in and around the field. The parameters that has to be properly monitored to enhance the yield are soil characteristics, weather conditions, moisture, temperature, etc.,Internet of Things (IOT) is being used in several real time applications.The introduction of IOT along with the sensor network in agriculture refurbish the traditional way of farming.Online crop monitoring using IOT helps the farmers to stay connected to his field from anywhere and anytime. Various sensors are used to monitor and collect information about the field conditions. Collectively the about the farm condition is sent to the farmer through GSM technology.

Day by day the use of vehicles in our life is rising exponentially and as increasing vehicles are violating the rules of traffic, theft of vehicles, ingoing to restricted areas, abnormal number of accidents lead to upturn in the crime rates linearly. For any vehicle to be acknowledged, vehicle license plate detection will play a main significant job in this active world. The commonly used in field of safetyand security system, LPDR plays a significant role and we need to identify vehicles registration number at anevident distance for finding the vehicle.The methodology which we have used is modest but appropriate. First the segmented of all characters in the image (Licence Plate). Ultimately, the recognition of each character is done. The pattern matching method is used for recognition each character in the vehicle license plate.
