E-commerce and logistics are symbioses with each other, but cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) still cannot break away from cross-border logistics. With the progress of economic internationalization, economic and trade ties around the world have become closer and closer, and the level of international business exchanges has been improved. The rise of m...

... Sardar et al. (2021) propose a Machine Learning (ML) approach for on-demand forecasting under smart supply chain management. Guo and Zou (2022) introduce deep learning neural network to cross-border logistics and supply chain based on the analysis of the existing cross-border logistics model and supply chain model and the status quo of e-commerce development. They show that introducing deep learning neural networks into CBEC logistics and supply chain can improve the efficiency of logistics and supply chain. ...

This study explores the integration of deep learning (DL) technology and the guided simulated annealing algorithm (GSAA) to optimize closed-loop supply chains (CLSC) for sustainable development. By applying DL for predictive analysis and GSAA for optimization, the research aims to enhance CLSC operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. The methodology combines a review of the CLSC framework with practical applications of DL and GSAA, aiming to reduce waste, maximize resource utilization, and minimize environmental impact. An experimental comparison of this approach against traditional optimization strategies demonstrates the proposed method's superior effectiveness and efficiency. The findings reveal that the DL-GSAA optimization significantly improves CLSC sustainability and efficiency, with GSAA showing promising convergence properties. This study underscores the importance of advanced technological solutions in achieving sustainable supply chain management, offering practical insights for businesses and supply chain managers.

... An extremely important part of the platform supply chain requires solving the problem of information asymmetry that exists among internal members and using new technologies to solve the information asymmetry between e-commerce platforms [9,10] and cross-border e-commerce platforms [11,12] to provide the best decision for enterprises. After considering the influence of the external environment on the decision-making of the internal subjects of the system [13], the problem of equilibrium can be solved and equilibrium can be reached within the system by applying digital technology [14,15], deep learning neural networks [16,17] and other technologies to improve the efficiency of the supply chain. On the basis of the ecological perspective, the problem of synergistic cooperation between the platform for cross-border e-commerce and the topics of supply and demand [18] and cross-border logistics companies [19] is resolved. ...

With the development of globalization and technology, e-commerce platforms provide a more convenient shopping experience while also increasing the complexity and difficulty of the supply chain. Managers of e-commerce platform operations need to think about and investigate how to optimize the supply chains of e-commerce platforms, reduce costs and improve efficiency. In this paper, we use the logistic population expansion model to explore the symbiotic relationship among the core populations, key populations and supporting populations within the supply chain ecosystem of e-commerce platforms and the conditions that affect the evolution direction of the symbiotic model. The results show the following: (1) The size of the symbiosis between the three types of populations determines the equilibrium state of the symbiotic evolution of the e-commerce platform supply chain ecosystem. (2) The value of the sum of the symbiotic interaction coefficients between subjects in the supply chain ecosystem of an e-commerce platform determines the result of the symbiotic evolution of the system. (3) The reciprocal symbiosis model can maximize the synergy of the three types of subjects and is the best goal direction for ecosystem evolution. This study can provide a theoretical basis and practical support for the development of e-commerce platform-related enterprises.

In the context of globalization, cross-border e-commerce platforms have become the main way for enterprises to achieve international trade transformation and overseas investment. From this, it can be seen that cross-border e-commerce platforms are of great importance to the development of enterprises, and the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms is also a necessary choice for the development of the times. In the new era, in order to make cross-border e-commerce platforms better serve enterprises and bring economic benefits to their development. The sustainable development capability evaluation of third-party cross-border e-commerce (TPCBEC) platform is a MAGDM. Recently, the Exponential TODIM (ExpTODIM) technique and Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) technique has been employed to cope with MAGDM issues. The 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic sets (2TLNSs) are employed as a tool for portraying uncertain information during the sustainable development capability evaluation of TPCBEC platform. In this paper, the 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic number Exponential TODIM-EDAS (2TLNN-ExpTODIM-EDAS) technique is implemented to manage the MAGDM under 2TLNSs. Finally, a numerical study for sustainable development capability evaluation of TPCBEC platform is constructed to validate the implemented technique. Thus, the main advantages of the proposed 2TLNN-ExpTODIM-EDAS technique are outlined: (1) the proposed 2TLNN-ExpTODIM-EDAS technique not only handles the distances information from the 2TLNNAS, but also portrays the DMs’ psychological behavior during the sustainable development capability evaluation of TPCBEC platform. (2) the proposed 2TLNN-ExpTODIM-EDAS technique analyze the behavior of the TODIM technique and EDAS technique as MADM techniques when they are hybridized.
