The rise of large cities worldwide has spurred the emergence of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) as an urban planning concept. Indonesia, including Jakarta, has begun implementing TOD strategies. To facilitate TOD in Indonesia, this study proposes a conceptual mobile app, TOD.id, informed by preliminary research. It introduces a novel tax approach, Land Value Capture (LVC) tax, to address funding challenges, which account for up to 53.8% of the problem. However, TOD.id remains in a developmental phase, with all features in the conceptual stage, making it unsuitable for immediate market launch. During this stage, this research aims to enhance the TOD.id mobile app by refining existing features and exploring potential new functionalities, which will be based by literature review and benchmarking against similar existing apps in Indonesia. The study employs a desk study method, a qualitative benchmark study method, and the collection of qualitative data. The outcomes of this research are expected to pave the way for the optimal realization of TOD.id in the Indonesian market, aligning with the projections from previous studies.

The application of information technology is important to help the company's business processes, one of which is a tool company based in Central Jakarta with the main activity of importing and distributing it to shops throughout Indonesia which has implemented IT to assist its business processes. However, based on observations and interviews with the company's directors, the system implemented still has problems that are not suitable for the expectations and needs, such as automatic data updates connected to sales. This research intends to determine the condition and quality of the system used and assess the existing operational implementation using the 2019 COBIT framework with an assessment through capability level, and results of an evaluation used to provide recommendations and suggestions for overcoming existing problems. The process of determining the domain for conducting an audit of the system uses a process of 10 design factors which produces a value of 100 in three domains which means that it has the expected level at level 5 (optimised). The results of the three most important domains for tooling companies based on the process of the design factors that have been carried out are EDM05 (Ensure Stakeholder Engagement), APO14 (Managed Data), and BAI09 (Managed Assets).
... Although purchasing train tickets can be done through marketplace applications such as Traveloka, PT KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) Persero, one of the State-Owned Enterprises, certainly needs to have its application [3]. By having its application, PT KAI will be able to represent itself to society as a credible company [4]. ...

In the era of digitalization, KAI finally transformed train ticket booking transactions by launching the KAI Access application. By applying the optimal strategy of Game Theory, KAI Access will be able to compete with marketplaces such as Traveloka to be able to represent itself to the community as a credible company. Game Theory was chosen to analyze the existing competition to find the optimum strategy. Because both applications sell the same product, the strategy will be seen from the services provided by both applications using the usability of HCI. The 5 strategies are Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction. The best strategy used by KAI Access to obtain maximum profit is the low error rate (errors) strategy, while for Traveloka the strategy used to minimize loss is the ease of application (learnability).
... Mobile phones can be used for a variety of purposes, including making voice calls, business transactions, gathering information through radio and television broadcast, for money transfer and banking among other services [33] [34] [35]. Mobile phones have evolved from basic cellular phone with limited processing capacity to smart phone which are characterized by greater processing capacity, sophisticated operating systems, and the ability to host many applications including LBS applications [36]. Smart phones often have larger screens that enable better viewing of content, including maps and images rendered by LBS. ...

One of the trends in the development of modern mobile applications is adaptability, which makes it possible to increase the accessibility of mobile applications for various categories of users. The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the development of adaptable mobile applications and software development tools for such applications. The possibilities of using CALS-technologies to support various stages of the MA life cycle are considered. A technology for the development of MA, the interface of which can be adapted at the maintenance stage, and ways of adapting the interfaces of the developed MA for the end users are proposed. A system has been developed that combines the typical capabilities of mobile application management systems at the stages of implementation and maintenance, and expands them by adding functions that provide the ability to adapt the MA user interface. MA development is based on a multi-module architecture, which makes it possible to use MA components for reuse in other MAs. A template-based technology for adapting the MA interface and a method for adapting the interface using a built-in configuration panel (CP) have been developed. A method of using the system for developing adaptable MA is described. It is shown that the proposed technology makes it possible to increase accessibility of MA and applicability for different people with intellectual disabilities by customizing the interface for each user in accordance with his/her capabilities and limitations and significantly reduce the overall development time of MA through the use of a unified multi-module architecture and the inclusion into the MA project of ready-made modules, as well as the generation of CPs for adapting the MA interface.
