The study aimed to analyze the possibilities of using blockchain technology to ensure technogenic safety and risk management. The article shows the relevance of using blockchain technology in risk management in such areas of activity as the Internet of Things and systems for tracking technogenic situations. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, a characteristic of blockchain technology, the relationship between blockchain technology, cyber-physical systems and the Internet of Things, as well as the possibilities of using blockchain technology in managing risks and manmade situations, are given. Classification of general blockchain risks that can affect a blockchain project is given. The need for the legal regulation of cyber risks associated with the use of blockchain technology is shown. It is concluded that the use of blockchain technology allows one to fully control the spatial movement of the manufactured goods. In combination with spatial positioning technologies, it eliminates the possibility of theft and leads to a decrease in the costs of controlling the distribution of products and an increase in the level of trust between participants in the exchange process. Keywords— blockchain, cryptographic methods, technogenic safety, risk management, cyber-physical systems.

Forced to go into self-isolation due to the coronavirus outbreak, all students had to be moved to distancelearning. Imposed by the Government in a short time, distance learning has hit both the learning process andthe teachers hard. This paper provides a follow up on the emergency transition to distance learning and areview of the distance learning toolkit used during self-isolation, including e-learning means and solutions: e-mail, student portals, distance learning software, conference platforms, and virtual classrooms. It examinesthe benefits and shortcomings of distance education, assesses the overall efficiency of remote learning, analyzes the learning content delivered on the e-learning platforms. The conclusion has been made thatdistance learning, if used reasonably, can be more efficient and beneficial in certain learning areas.

This research investigates the evolving landscape of remote work recruitment in the era of globalization. Employing a qualitative approach through a literature review, the study highlights the complexity of the remote work recruitment process, necessitating tailored strategies in the digital age. Findings indicate that while the internet and social media may not significantly boost applicant quantity, they play a pivotal role in refining job openings' targeting, enhancing recruitment efficiency. The study recommends incorporating questionnaires and effective categorization methods in the selection process for increased accessibility and efficiency. Post-employment, the research suggests leveraging online work platforms for monitoring remote employee performance. This holistic approach ensures effective management, monitoring, and optimization of the remote workforce in the evolving remote work landscape.

Recently, in the economy, in connection with the transition to a digital economy, the terms digital platforms and ecosystems are often used. The concept of an ecosystem appeared in ecology to emphasize the role of the interconnectedness of all biological processes. However, it turned out that consistency and interconnectedness is important not only in nature, but also in business. The development of digital technologies has led to the description of business processes in the form of ecosystems. The article provides a systematic analysis of the concept of an ecosystem. Their classification is given, types and properties are described. The economic ecosystem is a collection of interconnected companies that form a single whole. Ecosystems include producers, suppliers and consumers united by collaborative processes. Digital ecosystems come together on a single digital platform. For digital ecosystems, the issue of their sustainability is considered. From the point of view of creating digital ecosystems, public and private ecosystems can be distinguished. In the digital age, the traditional collaboration networks of firms have gradually evolved into a new ecosystem with cross-industry and complementary characteristics. Digital ecosystems are often made up of multiple complementary firms that work together to achieve a common value proposition. The studies conducted in the article show that the creation of private ecosystems is more sustainable with state support for digital development. The technological features of transport ecosystems are also described. The transport ecosystem is the lifeblood of the city. The basis of the transport ecosystem of the city are railways and metro. Transport ecosystems are integrated with economic and reference ecosystems.

Economy digitalization has resulted in necessity to create different virtual, augmented and mixed cyber systems. Some of such systems created with participation of authors are described in the article. This article considers possibility of creation of virtual labs with transport possibility and support of virtual reality glasses. Practical value of creation and use of virtual labs is shown. The first step upon creation of virtual 3D models is formation of a digital model of an object. Possibilities of creation of such models based on laser scanning are reviewed in the article. Examples of digital laser scanning for creation of a digital model of a university building, rock analysis, audit and repair of motor roads are provided. Laser scanning enables to create the large volume of the point cloud. In this case it is possible to create not only the digital model of the laboratory but the digital model of the building, complexes, motor and railway junctions. Such models enable to build intelligent models of buildings and territorial complexes and use them in planning and management. The article provides also experience of security system creation for the municipal premise which enables to analyze the environment around the building based on comparison of virtual reality and current image received from video cameras. Virtual reality becomes ingrained in scientific research and education process. It enables to include a man in the virtually created model with integral effects on its sense organs. The virtual solid modeling process is the quite complicated process falling into a range of stages. Mobile laser scanning can be used successfully upon creation of the digital model of complicated objects.

Because the enterprise management incentive mechanism operates in the complexity and nonlinearity of the enterprise system, its life evolution process is full of uncertainty and chaos. The theory of management entropy and management dissipative structure reveals two trends in the development of corporate organizational structure and incentive mechanism. Through the analysis of information asymmetry in corporate activities, we can know that information asymmetry absolutely exists. In order to weaken the information asymmetry, the enterprise must design an effective management system to make the company management more systematic. Based on the analysis of the basic theories of management entropy and management dissipative structure, this paper applies the two to the study of corporate incentives. Then, based on the self-organization theory of dissipative structure, we discussed the orderly evolution mechanism of the enterprise management system, and judged the development trend of corporate management performance from the perspective of system changes. The order degree calculation model can then evaluate the efficiency of corporate management and provide a new perspective for corporate management. Judging the role and development stage of management entropy and management dissipative structure in the enterprise’s incentive mechanism, so that the incentive can play an effective role, and provide theoretical support and practical methods for the enterprise to establish a good incentive mechanism.

A module for assessing the investment risks of a virtual IT company has been developed. It enables to reduce the time spent on assessing the inves-tor’s risks of a virtual IT company. A detailed justification of each selected risk parameter that influences on the success of the investment project of the virtual IT Company has done. A developed algorithm for assessing the investment risk of the virtual IT company is based on machine learning and using the expert scoring method (10 experts from 20 implemented projects were involved) by 23 risk parameters. Forecasting of investment risk assess-ment modeling of the virtual IT company using machine learning is based on eight methods: Support Vector Classifier, Stochastic Gradient Decent Classifier, Random Forest Classifier, Decision Tree Classifier, Gaussian Na-ive Bayes, K-Neighbors Classifier, Ada Boost Classifier, Logistic Regression. In addition, a module was developed to support decision-making based on three methods with the best forecast, namely: Support Vector Classifier, Random Forest Classifier, K-Neighbors Classifier.
