Flooding has until now become a serious problem in various regions in Indonesia. Flooding is a problem that occurs due to increasing the volume of excess water in rivers that are influenced by human activities that are not friendly to the environment. Floods have quite a lot of negative impacts, one of which is the damage to community facilities and infrastructure. Community preparedness is needed to reduce the negative impact of the flood. One solution that can be done is to design a flood Early Warning System (EWS) as a tool in detecting water levels before the arrival of flood hazards. Mitigation activities need to be complemented by a monitoring system based on the environmental conditions of the surrounding community. This research aims to make a prototype of a flood early warning system that is easy to operate and effective to detect the arrival of floods. In the prototype there is a level switch sensor that can detect high movements of water levels in the watershed. High level information on the water level is then sent periodically in the form of notifications via telegram to the smartphones of community residents whose numbers are registered in the system. From the test results, the ultrasonic sensor obtained 98.7% read accuracy results and a delay time in sending telegram notifications of 3-5 seconds.

The Student Academic Information System (SIAMA) is web-based software developed to manage students' academic data. In this system, student academic data is processed to make academic information useful for students. However, to access the system requires many steps so that time is less efficient if you have to browse through all the stages. Not to mention the need for internet data quotas that are calculated based on how much content the system downloads and uploads. To speed up access to that information, it can be done by integrating the Telegram Bot service as an automated answering service controlled by robots. Using the PPDIOO method, SIAMA has been successfully integrated as an automated answering machine through the utilization and development of the Telegram Bot PHP Library collaborated with Crontab Linux. From the test results, it is known that the response time from the Bot is indicated at the same hour and minute or < 1 minute which means that the bot execution time is relatively fast.

In the Area Mapping Project (Preparation for the 2020 Population Census), there is monitoring and collecting data process on the progress of activities in the field. There are weaknesses in data collection on the progress of activities in the field; The manual recapitulation of progress reporting makes the progress data not displayed in real-time, the SMS Gateway is often interrupted, and progress data collection through the monitoring website is less effective if reported directly by field officers. Telegram Bot is used as a data collection tool for field progress reports on Area Mapping activities to overcome these weaknesses. This study aims to prove that Telegram Bot can be used as a real-time data collection tool, has good performance, and is acceptable to users. Telegram Bot is integrated with Monitoring Website into one system and database in this research. This system uses PHP, Yii2, and MySQL, and communication between the web server and Telegram Server uses the webhook method. Based on the Black Box test results, all functions in this system run as expected. The average bot response time was 7.72 seconds for images and 2.25 seconds for text data in the performance test. In the usability test, Telegram Bot obtained a SUS Score of 66 and an NPS of 12.195. These results show that Telegram Bot can be used as a real-time data collection tool, has good performance, and is well accepted by users.

However, the facts in the field are different, there are still customers who complain because of poor driver's obligations, such as arriving late or not being good. Because there is no application yet to assess performance, this causes companies to collect complaints data and conduct performance evaluations based on facts in the field in real time. With this problem, the whatsapp chat application is chosen as media reporting, because according to the statistics of active media users, whatsapp will make it easier for drivers and customers to connect with the company's customer service (ChatBOT) in real time. Education is a right for every citizen. Quality education makes people more intelligent. Educational outcomes documented in a file called a diploma. A diploma is a necessary file for doing things related to work or other administrative matters. Generally, the diploma file submitted is in the form of a photocopy of a certificate that has been legalized for administrative requirements. The process of legalizing diplomas is often a hindrance because the time required is quite long and especially if someone is in an area far from where to take care of legalization. In the industrial era 4.0, information technology can be utilized to facilitate public access to services in the world of education, for example, using technology to implement an online legalization system. Application of technology in the legalization process is not just online but can be integrated with API (Application Programming Interface). It can attract millennial access to the application easily. There are two APIs used, namely the Shipping API and the Social Messaging API. Shipping API makes it easy to check shipping costs based on alumni location. Social messaging API with assistant features so that it can be easier to serve alumni accessing application features via Telegram. This study aims to facilitate the alumni in legalizing online to make time-efficient and affordable—implementation of information systems with the integrated website media Telegram API and Rajaongkir or shipping cost API. Based on testing the usability testing results obtained a value of 4.56 on a scale of 5. These results indicate that the application can function following the needs of users of information systems.

Web-based instant messaging applications vulnerability has become one of the main concerns for its users in line with the increasing number of cybercrimes that occur on social media. This research was conducted to determine the comparability of the vulnerability value of the web-based WhatsApp, Telegram, and Skype applications using the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) method. Digital artifacts in the form of text messages, picture messages, video messages, telephone numbers, and user IDs have been acquired in this research process using FTK imager and OSForensic tools. The results of the study using the FTK imager and OSForensic tools show that the web-based Skype application has a vulnerability value of 92%, while WhatsApp and Web-based Telegram have the same vulnerability value with 67% each based on all digital artifacts that successfully acquired. Abstrak Vulnerability aplikasi instant messaging berbasis web telah menjadi salah satu perhatian utama bagi para penggunanya seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya cybercrime yang terjadi pada media sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui komparatif dari nilai vulnerability aplikasi WhatsApp, Telegram, dan Skype berbasis web menggunakan metode Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO). Artefak digital berupa pesan teks, pesan gambar, pesan video, nomor telepon, dan user ID telah dapat diakuisisi pada proses penelitian ini dengan menggunakan tool FTK imager dan OSForensic. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan tool FTK imager dan OSForensic menunjukkan aplikasi Skype berbasis web memiliki nilai vulnerability sebesar 92%, sedangkan WhatsApp dan Telegram berbasis web memiliki nilai vulnerability yang sama dengan perolehan nilai masing-masing sebesar 67% berdasarkan dari keseluruhan artefak digital yang telah berhasil diakuisisi.

Pada artikel ini kami mencoba melakukan pengembangan media informasi penelitian menggunakan bot telegram untuk LP2M UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan adalah ADDIE. Terdapat 2 hal yang kami rasa perlu dimasukkan di dalam bot telegram LP2M saat ini yaitu daftar penelitian dan daftar haki. Dengan menggunakan bot telegram, pengguna dapat mengakses data penelitian dan HaKI dengan cepat.

Facing the dynamic landscape of the telecommunications industry, this research delves into key challenges in the operational efficiency of network management. The approach involves designing and implementing an innovative Telegram bot, specifically crafted to map the locations of Optical Distribution Points (ODP). This bot enables technicians to easily access information by entering the ODP name through the Telegram platform. The research methodology employs a descriptive method and a development method using the waterfall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) concept, suitable for small-scale projects. Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, aids in the system design. The author conducted an in-depth identification of field technicians' requirements, storing ODP data in Google sheets, including ODP name, geographical coordinates, address, partner, (GPON), and status. The Telegram bot implementation displays location information linked directly to Google Maps, providing essential details such as address, partner, type (GPON), and ODP status. This Telegram bot implementation demonstrates a significant positive impact, contributing to the effectiveness and empowerment of field technicians in managing ODP data. Discussions involving bot success evaluation and potential work effectiveness underscore positive outcomes. The research anticipates that all technicians at PT Telkom Akses Samarinda can utilize this bot to enhance their operational workflows.
