The purpose of this research is to analyze whether university teachers show signs of anxiety due to the new modality of virtual education due to confinement due to the health emergency. A bibliographic review has been carried out and there has been the collaboration of university teachers who now teach their classes through virtual means, to whom a structured survey was applied to determine how they face the virtual education modality, at the same time the Scale was applied of Hamilton Anxiety, which evaluates anxiety levels (give the results). The research has a correlational, descriptive scope since it seeks to know if teachers present anxiety regarding the virtual education that they had to implement at the time of teaching classes. The investigated population was made up of 24 university professors from the University of the Armed Forces, Latacunga headquarters. University teachers have serious anxiety indicated that in the context of the health emergency added to the change of modality in education.

This paper aimed to assess the good governance practices in the Benadir Regional Administration (BRA) of Somalia and how they affect public service delivery and public trust. The paper utilized primary data obtained from the 157 respondents. The study reveals that BRA's inadequate governance practices lead to poor transparency, accountability, and a high prevalence of corruption due to incompliance with rules and regulations. Results also indicate that the public is dissatisfied with BRA leadership due to inefficient and unreliable service and lack of transparency in public funds utilization and management, resulting in a negative perception of BRA. The paper concluded that enhancing good governance practices and improving public service delivery can improve public trust. The article asserts that good governance, characterized by transparency, accountability, participation, rule of law, and equity, is the foundation of development and prosperity. The article emphasizes the importance of efficient public service delivery as a vital link between government and the public, fostering trust and sustainable development. Therefore, the paper suggests that BRA should improve its governance practices by adhering to laws and regulations, fostering a corruption-free environment, and implementing effective performance monitoring and control mechanisms. It also recommends investing in human resources, streamlining processes, prioritizing citizen-centricity, adopting technology, and fostering data-driven decision-making.

The purpose of this study was to see the impact of “strategic human resources management (HRM) practices” on achieving “competitive advantages” that will be long-lasting, as well as the contribution of “human capital development” and “employee commitment” in information technology sector. IT sector works to establish, preserve, and perpetuate their competitive advantages, similar to other corporate organisations. The data were collected using questionnaire method and this study was conducted on 277 randomly selected employees working in different reputed IT companies. To achieve the objective of the study primary and secondary data were used and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, mediation analysis and likewise using AMOS 22.0, SPSS23. The results of the study showed a linear and favourable relationship between strategic HRM practices and sustainable competitive advantage (SCA). Strategic HRM was also found to positively influence human capital development and employee commitment of the IT sector firms. This study further suggests IT sector to prioritise human resources management in their businesses, which will improve human capital development by allowing staff members to acquire implicit expertise that will be challenging and difficult for the rivals to mimic and also add to the literature on sustainable competitive advantages, employment, and human capital development. The finding highlights about IT sector management as well and also the results made an additional argument for employee commitment to achieving a sustained competitive edge. The study further suggested some theoretical and other implications for researchers as well.

In the flow of integration and globalization, domestic universities need to create their own innovations and characteristics to adapt and develop. These requirements have led to major changes in the mechanism and organization of the operation of universities in the country. Therefore, universities need to have a clear and effective vision in strategic planning in development, building organizational culture and managing change, keeping up with the development and modern trends in higher education today. The paper offers three research hypotheses to assess the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on universities' competitive advantage in the current context. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with a causal approach, the authors developed a 5-point Likert scale and conducted a Google form survey on a sample of 281 managers and employees in universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The results of the study show that there is a positive impact from organizational culture and transformational leadership on the university's competitive advantage. From the conclusions obtained, the paper makes appropriate recommendations for universities in building and developing organizational culture and transformational leadership.

The curriculum is important in setting the directions of teaching and learning activities and developing students to have knowledge and ability which lead to success. This research focuses on the study of music curriculum development and student development with the objectives: 1. To analyze the music curriculum in higher education 2. To study structures and learning outcomes of music curriculum in higher education in student development according to the 21st century skills and 3. To develop music curriculum in higher education to respond to changes in the 21st century. The research scope is to study Rajabhat University group in Thailand by analyzing data from the curriculum structures and learning outcomes. The correctness and suitability are assessed by using EDFR technique for 2 rounds to confirm the data and use it to create a questionnaire to organize a group discussion (focus group). The study shows that the music curriculum in Rajabhat University has a total of 127-140 credits throughout the curriculum, which is in line with the standards for undergraduate programs, with a total of not less than 120 credits. The learning outcomes of music curriculum of Rajabhat University have 6 learning outcomes which are consistent with the standard qualifications of higher education. It is also found that developing the curriculum to be consistent with changes in the 21st century must be created with outstanding points and unique identity and set clear goals for developing students to have knowledge and skills consistent with the needs of Thai and global contexts.

Background of the study: The domain of education employs people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Each faculty member has their distinct characteristics and personality traits making it challenging for the Human resource department to keep them all content and satisfied with their work and fellow members under one roof. Aim/Purpose: This study aims to investigate the application of governance for managing cultural diversity among faculty members for achieving sustainable human resource management in Community Colleges. Methodology: A thorough investigation of the conceptual and empirical literature available in the domain has helped create a strong foundation for the research. With the help of an extensive review of the literature, the relationship between diversity management and the governance process among faculty members is reviewed. Findings: Finally, the study concludes with the significance of the relationship between diversity management and the governance process among faculty members to achieve sustainable human resource management in the education sector. Results: Reviewing the correlation between diversity management and the governance process among faculty members solves the problems of communication and interaction among employees having diverse backgrounds. Practical, Research & Social Implications: The paper highlights the need for suitable management of diversity in community colleges which can lead to broader and more impelling implications for the policy makers and the colleges to adopt more welcoming and inclusive principles to cater to all needs and make diversity richer and a strong suit. The finance industry's rapid growth and technological advances have led to the emergence of e-wallets, an electronic payment method for goods or services without cash. So far in the Islamic finance industry, the use of e-wallets is still in its initial stages, and there is currently no guideline or regulation that governs its transactions. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate potential Shariah issues related to e-wallet transactions as practiced in Malaysia. A qualitative method was employed through content analysis, focusing on Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost as case studies. The findings highlight crucial Shariah issues surrounding e-wallet application by non-bank issuers, issues of trust account and credit card, and the granting of rewards in the e-wallet, including the transaction for a non-compliance item.The findings contribute significantly to policymakers in formulating Shariah parameter for e-wallet transactions, providing assurance to Muslim users and encouraging them to embrace electronic payment technology with confidence.

The role of international law and judiciary in resolving conflicts related to changes, climate and sustainability must therefore be defined by highlighting the impact of the law's effectiveness and international elimination on the reduction of carbon emissions and the achievement of sustainable development goals, as well as the importance of their implementation from Practically speaking. The research explores a comparative study between Bangladesh and Malaysia library services during a Covid-19 pandemic. The study also intends to determine how the library responds, how they provide the services, the working hours, and their role in this pandemic time. A qualitative research approach has been used for data collection by interviewed three respondents to get their opinion to answer the research questions. The interviews were recorded, transcribe, and analyzed thematically. Many libraries are physically closed during a pandemic, but the patrons can still use the services through the online system. Library revamped its website many pages like Facebook, reassigned resources, and planned remote systems; all activities are robust online planning. Most libraries use social media as a tool to communicate and less use physical communication. Library staffs are working from their home, and it is quite challenging. They have to adapt to the situation because this is a new trend in working routines. The libraries see their role is crucial and the services collectively to the community at this uncertain times. This study shows society how they serve the public and cope with the pandemic.

The aim of this study was to perform a bibliometric analysis of ChatGPT and artificial intelligence in Latin America. Scientific productivity was quantified by analyzing bibliometric data. The 84 Scopus papers used for the study were chosen based on their relevance and keywords in English (ChatGPT, artificial intelligence). In 2023, the highest substantial growth in scientific production was achieved (n=68; 8%), with Brazil standing out as the most important country (n=41 publications, 47.7%). Important sources: Archives of Medical Research and Gaceta Medica de Mexico had three publications, while the most cited author, Kitamura, F.C., had 91 citations and two papers. Most of these papers were scientific articles (44%), of which 24% belonged to the field of social sciences and 21% to computer science. It is concluded that there is an increase in the topics covered, authors, sources and resources in general related to ChatGPT and artificial intelligence in Latin America, providing a more complete view of the region's scientific production in terms of its visibility, impact and importance. Therefore, this bibliometric study serves as a basis for future studies, providing evidence-based support that critically examines the research.
