Within one month after discharge from the hospital, radiographs showed bilateral C7 pars interarticularis fractures and distal junctional kyphosis from C7eT1 measuring 27 (Fig. 3). The C3eC7 PSF, performed during the initial procedure, was revised with extension to T5, and a Ponte osteotomy was performed at C7eT1. Patient 5 had been treated with two-stage PSF from T10epelvis with pedicle subtraction and Ponte osteotomies and ALIF at L5eS1 for lumbar kyphosis.
