Jurkat cell viability by MTS assay. Cells were treated with different concentrations of GA; 0 (control), 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 μM. Cell viability was determined by measuring the mitochondrial metabolism of MTS after 24, 48 and 72 h. IC50 was 60.3±1.6 μM in 24 h, 50.9±1.5 μM in 48 h and 30.9±2.8 μM in 72 h.
