... through lower inguinal transverse crease incision the area was explored. Hernial sac was found, dissected, transfixed and excised easily. There were multiple cystic lesions of varying sizes cysts between cord structures filled with clear fluid ( Fig. 2) extending from inguinal canal down to involve the tunica vaginalis but not to the scrotal wall (Fig. 3). The mass was excised in its entirety including the tunica vaginalis (Fig. 4). Histopathologically, it was a soft multicystic grayish tissue measuring 3 × 3 × 1 cm.
