... new species Calopadia ruiliensis (IFRD 9202) and Calopadia lecanorella grouped together with 87% ML bootstrap support and 0.99 Bayesian posterior probability, and the clade was close to Calopadia sp. and Calopadia foliicola (Figure 1). Calopadia lecanorella and C. ruiliensisshowed a 95% similarity in the nuLSU sequences, with 27 bp differences ( Table 2).
