Kliktrip is one of the online travel agent application brands with day trip and activity booking services in Indonesia which was established in 2018. In the last few years, Kliktrip has experienced several symptoms, including a decrease in revenue in the second year and the low level of brand differentiation of the Kliktrip online travel agent application based on customer perception compared to other online travel agent application brands. Based on the symptoms of these problems, it can be concluded that the brand of the Kliktrip online travel agent application is weak in customer perceptions of the online travel agent application because customers tend not to know the advantages offered by the Kliktrip online travel agent application brand. To be successful in facing competition with other business competitors, it is necessary to carry out sustainable development by building competitive differentiation by designing and improving positioning strategies. Based on the results of the perceptual mapping, there were 4 groups of competitive areas, the online travel agent Kliktrip application brand was in the same area as the Explorer.id online travel agent application brand which made it the main competitor of the Kliktrip online travel agent application brand. The objectives of this research are to (1) Design a strategy for improving the brand positioning of the online travel agent application and (2) Optimize the resources owned by the Kliktrip online travel agent application brand to implement a strategy for improving the brand positioning of the Kliktrip online travel agent application.

توسعه نظام بیمه سلامت کشور همانا یکی از مهم‌ترین فرامین مورد تأکید در سیاست‌های کلی مقام معظم رهبری، قانون برنامه پنجم توسعه و یکی از اهداف اصلی سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران می‌باشد. بنابراین هدف مطالعه، بررسی هدف عوامل مؤثر بر استراتژی بازاریابی بیمه سلامت ارائه‌شده است. جستجوی مقاله‌ها با مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری می‌باشد که از طریق جستجو در پایگاه اطلاعاتی؛Google Scholar ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, Barakatkns, Scopus در محدوده سال‌های 2019-2006 صورت گرفته است. استفاده از کلمه یا عبارت فارسی؛ آموزش، استراتژی، بازاریابی، بیمه سلامت و معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها؛ strstegies،Marketing ، Health insurance انجام گردید. انتهای جستجو، تعداد 148 مقاله به دست آمد و از بین 65 مقاله پس از غربالگری عنوان و چکیده، 46 مقاله پس از مطالعه چکیده و 35 مقاله پس از بررسی متن مقالات کنار گذاشته شدند، نهایتاً، 30 مقاله واجد معیارهای ورود به مطالعه شناخته شد. یافته‌های استخراج‌شده نشان داد که عوامل مختلف مانند استفاده از استراتژی تدافعی، استراتژی تحلیلی، استراتژی پیش­نگر، استراتژی رهبری هزینه، استراتژی تمایز و ... بر بیمه سلامت اثرگذار می‌باشد که نشان می‌دهد برای کنترل عوامل بایستی از برنامه­ریزی استراتژیک در بیمه سلامت بکار برد و توانمندی مدیران بیمه سلامت در دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی و مدیریت بهینه یک ضرورت مسلم می‌باشد. بنابراین، با تکیه بر اسناد بالادستی، برنامه تقدیمی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی به مجلس شورای اسلامی با هدف تامین سلامت مردم برنامه‌های سازمان بیمه سلامت نیز در همین راستا محقق شود تا بتوانیم شرایط تحریم در حوزه سلامت را به‌خوبی مدیریت کنیم .

Development of the country's health insurance system one of the most important commands emphasized in the general policies of the Supreme Leader is the Fifth Development Plan Act and one of the main goals of the Iranian Health Insurance Organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the purpose of influencing factors on health insurance marketing strategy. The search for the articles in this study is a review by searching the database of Google Scholar, ProQuest, Elsevier, Pubmed, Barakatkns and Scopus from 2006 to 2019. Word or statements of the Persian and English articles were based on keywords: strategy, marketing, health insurance and their English equivalent; strstegies, marketing," Insurance, Health". Finaly, of the search, 148 articles were obtained and out of 65 articles after title and abstract screening, 46 articles after study abstract and 35 articles after fulltext review were excluded, and finally 30 articles eligible for inclusion. Results showed that various factors such as defensive strategy, analytical strategy, predictive strategy, cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, etc. have an impact on health insurance, which indicates that the program needs to be controlled for strategic planning is used in health insurance and the ability of health insurance managers to achieve organizational goals and optimal management is an essential requirement. Therefore, relying on upstream documents, the Minister of Health and Medical Education's plan to submit to the Islamic Consultative Assembly the aim of ensuring the health insurance programs of the People's Health Insurance Organization in order to manage the sanctions in the field of health well.

The Indonesian Government requires all Palm Oil Plantation Companies to have an Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certificate. Indonesia issued a policy known as ISPO so that Indonesia management of palm oil plantations pay attention to aspects of economy, social, and environment. ISPO certification obligations are financially burdensome for businessmen because large certification costs certainly affect the company’s production costs, sales and revenues of palm oil companies. The research objective was to describe the process to get ISPO certification for Palm Oil Plantation Companies, to determine the impact of the application of ISPO certification on the economic, social, and environmental aspects of palm oil companies. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the impact ISPO implementation to PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Ophir at the time before (2013, 2014, 2015) and after (2016, 2017) ISPO certification. The results showed that stages of procedures for recognizing PT. Nusantara Plantation Ophir VI’s ISPO certification is in accordance with the mechanism as stipulated in Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 11/Minister of Agriculture Regulation/OT.140/3/2015. The impact of the application of ISPO certification on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Ophir has an effect on increasing production costs, production levels, selling prices, sales, and income. The results of the calculation of the revenue to cost ratio, obtained by the R/C value is greater than one, which means that the application of ISPO is financially efficient over the costs incurred. The impact of ISPO implementation aside from the financial aspects received by the company after obtaining ISPO certification affects the aspects of operational, social community relations, the company’s concern for the environment, as well as trading CPO and Kernel. ISPO certification received by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Ophir affect operational aspects, relationships with the social community, the company’s concern for the environment, as well as trading CPO and Kernel.
