Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman penggunaan jaringan seluler semakin meningkat, dengan kondisi dari tahun 2020 hingga sekarang banyak kantor yang menerapkan WFH (Work From Home), bahkan dalam pendidikan sampai sekarang masih banyak yang menerapkan WFH, hal ini yang menyebabkan permintaan pelayanan jaringan seluler di Indonesia meningkat terutama pada daerah yang belum terjangkau oleh layanan jaringan tersebut. Penambahan site pada daerah yang belum terjangkau oleh jaringan seluler adalah solusi yang diguanakan untuk memperluas jangkauan, namun site tersebut perlu dilakukan proses optimasi guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang akan diberikan, metode optimasi yang akan digunakan adalah physical tunning. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi ATOLL untuk proses planning dengan tujuan untuk memperkirakan hasil sebelum dilakukan optimasi pada site tersebut, proses drive test digunakan untuk mengambil data setelah proses optmasi berupa data RSRP, SINR yang nantinya akan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Genex, ProbeAssistant , dan MapInfo. Proses optimasi yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat mencapai target KPI yang telah ditentukan sebesar 70% dan dari hasil optimasi tersebut baik pada parameter RSRP dan parameter SINR telah mencapai target KPI sebesar 70% dengan 70,08% pada parameter RSRP dan 78,13 pada parameter SINR. Kata kunci: Drive Test, Optimasi, 4G LTE, RSRP, SINR, Atoll Abstract Along with the development of the era, the use of cellular networks is increasing, with conditions from 2020 until now that many offices implement WFH (Work From Home), even in education until now there are still many who apply WFH, this has caused the demand for cellular network services in Indonesia to increase. especially in areas that have not been reached by the network service. The addition of sites in areas that have not been reached by the cellular network is a solution used to expand coverage, but the site needs an optimization process to improve the quality of the services to be provided, the optimization method that will be used is physical tunning. In this study using the ATOLL application for the planning process with the aim of estimating the results before optimization at the site, the drive test process is used to retrieve data after the optimization process in the form of RSRP, SINR data which will later be processed using the Genex, ProbeAssistant, and MapInfo applications. The optimization process carried out is expected to achieve the predetermined KPI target of 70% and from the optimization results both the RSRP parameter and the SINR parameter have reached the KPI target of 70% with 70.08% on the RSRP parameter and 78.13 on the SINR parameter. Long Term Evolution (LTE) the fourth generation (4G) cellular network technology. This LTE speed in data transfer speed reaching 100 Mbps on the side downlink and 50 Mbps on the uplink side. Growth in the number of service users telecommunication in Medan City causes a decrease in network quality, especially 4G LTE technology. By doing a driving test, the area can be found where a system's signal strength aims to increase the signal quality. Benchmark (comparison) of operator service quality 4G LTE is done by measuring, comparing, and analyzing network quality (performance) of two 4G LTE operators around Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. Total operator throughput value X is only 0 > 3 Mbps while the Y operator is 0 > 30 Mbps. The low throughput value is caused by high user traffic during the day. The incidence of low throughput on the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra campus coincides with active learning with many students using data services.

Kesalahan dalam menentukan proses dan peran infrastruktur TI menjadi sesuatu yang penting oleh beberapa perusahaan. Di era modern persaingan antar perusahaan yang semakin ketat, dibutuhkan strategi untuk memastikan ketahanan terhadap ancaman/krisis yang akan dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, perlu suatu organisasi/perusahaan mengoptimalkan dan memperhatikan kinerja proses dan peran Infastruktur TI dengan tujuan mengurangi dampak terhadap gelombang persaingan antar perusahaan. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan kunci keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Semua perusahaan dituntut mampu bersikap dan bertindak cepat dan tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan di lingkungan bisnis yang bergerak sangat dinamis dan penuh dengan ketidakpastian.
