... Each e-merchant interviewed represented a different and independent business unit. Each interview involved personally meeting with a project assigned researcher and receiving a presentation of an original m-payment system called eXpay (Możdżyński, 2017) that potentially could be deployed in the e-merchant's business. The presentation of this system aroused interest of 375 e-merchants who agreed to spend time answering the MTAUT survey questions. ...

To be effectively deployed, a mobile payment (m-payment) system must be provided by e-merchants and accepted by e-consumers. Although the problem of acceptance of m-payment systems by e-consumers has been widely researched, there are few studies about what actually motivates e-merchants to adopt and deploy these systems in their businesses in the first place. The goal of this research was to discover the behavioral intentions of e-merchants to adopt and deploy an m-payment system. The interviews approach was applied to 347 e-merchants randomly selected from among the whole population of 47,457 independent business units selling goods online in Poland. The PLS-SEM method was applied to determine the relationship between variables. Unexpectedly, perceived risk was not a significant factor influencing e-merchants' intention to adopt an m-payment system. The e-merchants' behavioral intention was significantly impacted by the expected usefulness, perceived ease of deployment and use, perceived cost and price, and hedonic motivation.

Currently services for online payments using gateways, have been displacing traditional payments. In this way, in addition to providing ease to the user, it also increases revenues from the use of these technologies. All electronic payment methods make life easier and make processing much cheaper, more efficient and more friendly for the end user, who with just a couple of clicks can process any request from your Smartphone, Tablet or Laptop. At present, the marketing processes of Tecnar’s Technological Office services are carried out manually, as well as the offer to the external community in general. The process of paying for a service, vital to guarantee the income and sustainability of the business unit, does not have an online payment platform. For this reason, it is necessary to develop an information system that allows executing consultations and online payments. A dynamic website will be delivered in a first phase using the PayU platform, to pay for computer maintenance services. Prior to this, there will be an investigation of other sites that use electronic commerce to promote their products. Finally, the development of the site will be carried out, implementing a database in MySQL, developing the site in HTML5 language through the BoilerPlate framework and the CSS3, JavaScript and PHP languages. In addition, implementing the Scrum methodology, which allows us to incorporate a set of good practices to work as a team and obtain better results. Preliminary effects include the creation of the database, the administration module and the PayU gateway registration.

Over the past few decades the world as we knew it has undergone tremendous transformations. The development of ICT has significantly accelerated communication between people, which has had an impact on the development of all areas of life. Therefore, institutions faced a necessity to adapt channels of communication with clients to market trends. The financial sector is in the vanguard of these changes and from the very beginning has seen the benefits of shifting the burden of operating activities from physical branches to various forms of electronic banking, which are still undergoing transformations. At the same time the activity and range of criminals is increasing, and from the world of real and physical attacks on banks, they have shifted to the virtual world, just like clients. The growing scale and scope of attacks necessitates undertaking activities related to the continuous improvement of security systems, but cybercriminals are not lagging behind, also using modern technologies for their own purposes. Their attacks, however, are largely directed towards the weakest link, which is a human being, using primitive sociological techniques. That is why education and raising awareness of e-banking clients plays a crucial role as regards their role in protecting their sensitive data and financial resources on bank accounts. Such activities are supported by the legislators and taken by many financial institutions that are united in the fight against cyber threats to reduce not only customer loss, but also costs incurred due to the growing scale of cyberattacks.

Recursive relationships are used for modelling problems coming from the real life, such as, for example, a relationship describing formal dependencies between employees of an enterprise, where creation of work groups and teams requires analysis of many elements. In conventional database systems, the precision of data is assumed. If our knowledge of the fragment of reality to be modelled is imperfect one should apply tools for describing uncertain or imprecise information. One of them is the fuzzy set theory. The paper deals with recursive relationships in fuzzy databases. The analysis is performed with the use of the theory of interval-valued fuzzy sets. A definition of a fuzzy interval recursive relationship has been presented. The paper defines different connections of entities which participate in such relationships. Op-erations of the extended relational algebra are also discussed.
