As one the most famous world-class motorcycle racing competition, MotoGP is an event broadcast live on television with millions of viewers on each race. Indonesia, especially the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit, will hold this prestigious racing event in the 19th series of 2022. This event sparks Indonesian netizens' reactions on social media, especially on Twitter. This research aims to analyze the public sentiment and emotional value regarding this event, with the data collected from Twitter social media. With the features of sentiment and emotion values extracted from the contents of this tweet, we use K-means clustering to generate sentiment clusters as targets for the classification using the Random Forest (RF) algorithm. From the evaluation using the 5-fold and 10-fold cross-validation, we get the highest accuracy of 0.99, the highest precision of 0.990175, and the highest recall of 0.99 from the RF model with ten trees configuration. We also get the lowest accuracy, precision, and recall values of 0.96, 0.960934, and 0.96 from the RF models with 15 and 20 trees configuration, with the 10-fold evaluation.

THE RELEVANCE of the study lies in the fact that air conditioning systems in Iraq consume more than half of the electricity generation. During the summer, when temperatures rise, the demand for air conditioning increases, resulting in constant power outages. Consumers are starting to use local generation - diesel generators, which increase environmental pollution. THE PURPOSE. Consider the problems thermal energy from the sun is an ideal solution for reducing electricity consumption, increasing the performance of air conditioners, ensuring continuity of power supply and reducing pollution from diesel generators and power plants, as well as saving energy and reducing the consumption of fossil fuels. METHODS. When solving the problem, a comparison of options for standard and (hybrid using solar thermal energy) air conditioning systems was used. In a hybrid system, thermal energy enters the system from a solar collector built behind the compressor. Thermal parameters and level of electricity consumption were calculated. RESULTS. The article showed that a hybrid air conditioning system using solar thermal energy is more efficient than a traditional system, as it increases the cooling coefficient by (38.9 - 46.3%) and reduces electricity consumption by (56.89 - 66.66). %). CONCLUSION. The use of a hybrid air conditioning system in the climate of Baghdad city with a vapor compression air conditioning system reduced the electrical energy consumption of the compressor and increased the performance of the system, which will lead to increased reliability of power supply and eliminate the need to use local diesel generators.

Penggunaan refrigerasi system kompresi uap semakin berkembang baik skala domestik maupun komersial. Dampaknya konsumsi energy listrik pada sector ini cukup besar dibandingkan kebutuhan energy listrik pada peralatan elektronik lainnya. Berbagai upaya dilakukan agar mampu menekan konsumsi energy listrik untuk system pendingin. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan potensi alam energy yang ada disekitar yaitu energy surya sebagai sumber energy listrik pada unit pembekuan buah mangga. Buah ini merupakan salah satu komoditas utama di Jawa Barat khususnya di Kabupaten Indramayu. Tujuan penelitian ini agar diketahui kinerja dari pemanfaatan energy surya dan kebutuhan energi listrik untuk pembekuan buah Mangga. Dalam prosesnya pembekuan dilakukan pada suhu dibawah titik beku bahan/makanan. Pembekuan yang baik biasanya berkisar antara -12 oC sampai dengan -24oC. Dengan temperature tersebut, makanan dapat awet hingga 3 hingga 12 bulan. Walaupun untuk pembekuan buah mangga perlu adanya perlakuan tambahan agar tidak merusak struktur fisik dan kualitas buahnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu memanfaatkan panel surya sebagai sumber energy listrik pada unit pembekuan buah mangga. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan dengan variasi sudut kemiringan panel surya, 0°, 20°, dan 40° yang kemudian dari analisa perhitungan diketahui nilai perbandingan performansi / efisiensi dan juga konsumsi energy listrik yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing sudut kemiringan tersebut.
