A novel proprietary formulation was designed that consist of minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, alpha tocopherol, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, β-carotene, and cannabidiol isolate. The study objective was to evaluate the impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on a novel test formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats, fed with vitamin D3 deficiency diet (VDD) for immunomodulatory activity. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the untreated test formulation without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The level of total leukocytes count (TLC) were significantly increased by 23.1% and 17.44% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5) and Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15 (G7) groups, respectively compared with the disease control group (G2) induced by VDD. Moreover, the level of neutrophils was significantly increased by 71.68%, 92.92% (p≤0.01), 42.48%, and 49.56% in the G5, G7, Biofield Energy Treatment per se plus Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15 (G8), and Biofield Energy Treatment per se animals plus untreated test formulation (G9) groups, respectively compared with the G2 group. Monocyte level was also increased by 23.53%, 17.65%, and 29.41% in the G5, Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15 (G6), and G9 groups, respectively compared to the G2 group. Hepatic biomarker like alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was significantly reduced by 14.98% and 23.07% (p≤0.05) in the G7 and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Besides, cardiac biomarker like creatine kinase myocardium band (CK-MB) was also significantly (p≤0.05) reduced by 20.99% in the G6 group compared with the G2. Altogether, results suggested that the Biofield Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se significantly increased immune-related parameters, which might be beneficial for the management of immune-compromised patients as well as to boost-up the immunity in healthy peoples. The results showed a significant slowdown of disease progression and all other disease-related complications/symptoms in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and the Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) as compared to the disease control group.

The present study was performed to determine the effects of The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment on vitamin D3 and rats through the pharmacokinetic parameters measurement of both plasma level of vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 after the oral administration of vitamin D3 in rats. The test item, vitamin D3 was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control (without Biofield Energy Healing Treatment), while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Additionally, one group of animals also received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment per se by the Healer under similar conditions. Vitamin D3 oral formulations were administrated by oral gavage at a dose of 500 μg per kg in groups viz. G1 (untreated Vitamin D3), G2 (Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3) and G3 (Biofield Energy Treated animals received untreated Vitamin D3) group. The results showed that the relative oral exposure (AUC0–t) of vitamin D3 was significantly increased by 155.62% and 111.73% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group. Biofield Energy Treatment also significantly improved the plasma peak concentration (Cmax) of vitamin D3 by 223.84% and 187.5% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group. This study results also showed that the relative oral exposure (AUC0–t) of 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 (metabolite) was significantly increased by 161.28% and 113.96% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group (G1). Biofield Energy Treatment also significantly improved the plasma peak concentration (Cmax) of 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 by 174.25% and 111.77% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group. After oral administration, plasma concentrations of active metabolite, 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 in all three groups were declined slowly. The mean residence time (MRTlast) and elimination rate constant (Kel) for this metabolite were unaltered in all three groups. These data suggest that Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 might be influenced in vivo biological activity of vitamin D3 due to increased plasma exposure (AUC) of both vitamin D3 and metabolite level, 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 in rats. There was significant improvement (>100%) of relative oral bioavailability of both vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 that might be due to the alteration of physicochemical properties and thermal properties of vitamin D3 by the Biofield Energy Treatment. Biofield Energy Healing Treatment could be an innovative strategy that opens new avenues to overcome poorly absorbed pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals/herbal extracts and can also improve the therapeutic performance of orally active molecules.

The study was aimed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory potential of the Trivedi Effect® - Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on test formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats. Each ingredient of test formulation was divided in two portions. One part was denoted as the control without Biofield Treatment, while another part and three groups of animals were received Biofield Treatment by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Results showed that level of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was significantly reduced by 11.37%, 11.19%, and 62.6% in Biofield Treated test formulation group (G5), Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15 group (G7), and Biofield Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15 groups (G8), respectively as compared to untreated test formulation (G4). Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) level was significantly decreased by 41.77% (p≤0.001), 28.76%, 64.44% (p≤0.001), and 75.65% (p≤0.001) in G6 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15), G7, G8, and Biofield Treatment per se (day -15) to animals plus untreated test formulation (G9) groups, respectively compared to G4. Moreover, IL-6 level was significantly reduced by 18.97%, 43.44% (p≤0.05), 17.43%, 15.37%, and 28.50% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared to G2. Besides, monocyte was significantly increased by 30.77% and 23.08% in the G6 and G7 groups, respectively; while neutrophil was increased by 21.52% in G8 as compared to G2. Moreover, tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) level was significantly reduced by 32.46%, 27.49%, 27.49%, and 23.71% in the Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15 (G6), G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. Antioxidant enzyme like SOD was significantly increased by 26.64%, 28.74%, 22.69%, 36.31%, and 36.11% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5), G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to the disease control group (G2). Additionally, the level of catalase was significantly increased by 156.10%, 101.62%, 66.57%, and 179.17% in the G6, G7, G8, G9 groups, respectively compared to the G4 group. Further, LDH level was significantly reduced by 9.86% in the G9 group compared to the G4 group, while NO level was reduced by 11.42%, 10.76%, and 8.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Altogether, results suggested that the Biofield Treated test formulation possess antioxidant potential and could be used to maintain bodies’ oxidative stress, immunity and boost overall health and aging.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract is a popular health supplement, used in many nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations for good health benefits along with the prevention and treatment of various human diseases. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the characteristic properties of the phyto-compounds present in the ashwagandha root extract using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Ashwagandha root extract was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was termed as untreated/control sample, while the other part of the sample received The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and termed as Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-ESI-MS data revealed that the chromatographic peak area% of the phytoconstituents present in the treated sample was significantly altered in the range of 31.13% to 20.61% compared to the control sample. Similarly, the average peak area of the treated sample was significantly improved by 20.61% compared to the control sample. A total of 14 withanolides such as viscosa lactone B, dihydrowithanolide D, withanolide A, withanolide B, etc. were proposed with m/z 489, 473, 471, and 455 at the retention times (Rt) of 13.2, 14.5, 14.8, and 18.2 minutes, respectively. At Rt 13.2 minutes (m/z: 489), the peak area% and mass peak intensity of the phytocompound in the treated ashwagandha were significantly increased by 2.57% and 14.83%, respectively compared with the control sample. Similarly, at Rt 14.5 minutes (m/z: 473), peak area% was increased by 3.76%, but the mass peak intensity was significantly decreased by 26.48% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. At Rt 14.8 minutes (m/z:471), peak area % was same, but the mass peak intensity was increased by 2.74% in the treated ashwagandha compared with the control sample. Subsequently, at Rt 18.2 minutes (m/z: 455), peak area% was increased 1.01%, whereas the peak intensity was significantly decreased by 10.90% in case of the treated sample compared to the control sample. These findings intensify to assume that The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be responsible for the overall improvement of relative concentrations and altered relative abundance of the phytoconstituents in the ashwagandha root extract compared to the control sample. This Biofield Energy Treated ashwagandha root extract would be helpful to design better nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations against inflammatory diseases, immunological disorders, sexual disorders, arthritis, stress, cancer, diabetes, aging, and other chronic infections.

The study aim was to evaluate the neurobehavioral effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated test formulation using behavioral test in male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts, one was denoted as control, while the other was treated with Biofield Energy by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi (the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing) and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. Besides, three group of animals were also received Biofield Energy Treatment by Mr. Trivedi. In Y-maze test, number of entries was significantly increased in the animals per se received Biofield Energy Treatment (-15 days) group (G6) by 176%, 47.53%, and 66.67% in the start arm, explored arm, and novel arm, respectively as compared to the untreated test formulation group (G4). Further, Biofield Treated animals per se + Biofield Treated test formulation (-15 days) group (G8), showed 100% and 32.74% increased the number of entries in start arm and novel arm, respectively compared to the G4 group. Moreover, percent of alternation behaviour was increased by 7.26% in the G8 as compared to the G4 group. In force swim test (FST) showed the number of climbing was significantly increased by 13.58%, 24.69%, 32.1%, and 40.74% in the G5, G6, G7, and G8, respectively compared to G4 group. Swimming time was significantly increased by 9.34% and 10.31% in the G6 and G9, respectively compared to G4 group. Further, immobility time was significantly decreased by 27.91%, 55.81%, 61.63%, and 11.63% in the G5, G6, G7, and G9, respectively compared to the G4 group. The results of Morris water maze (MWM) test data showed that the escape latency was significantly decreased by 12.06% (session 2), 13.04% (session 3), 14.88% (session 3), and 17.52% (session 3) in the G5, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared to the G4 group. The resting time was significantly (p≤0.05) decreased by 16.26% (session 3) and 15.45% (session 3) in the G7 and G9, respectively compared to G4 group. Besides, total distance travelled was significantly reduced by 27.23% and 23% (in session 2) in the G5 and G9 groups, respectively compared to the G4 group. The results showed significant reduction of disease progression and disease-related symptoms in the preventive Treatment group per se and/or Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease control group. Therefore, data suggest that Biofield Energy Treatment per se and Biofield Energy Treated test formulation have significant cognition and memory enhencing activity and could be utilized in various aging and neurobehavioral related disorders such as stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis, acute confusional states (delirium), focal lesion syndromes, frontal lobe syndromes, etc.

The study was aimed to investigate the potential benefits of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) per se and Biofield Energy Healing treated novel test formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats for their antiaging activity by monitoring aging biomarkers such as brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), silent information regulator-1 (SIRT-1), and klotho protein. The test formulation was distributed into two parts. First part did not provide any Biofield Energy Treatment was denoted as the untreated sample, however the second part was received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. In this experiment, nine groups (n=10) were assigned, in which four were preventive maintenance groups. Among them, three groups of animals were also received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment per se (at day -15). BDNF was significantly increased by 25.83%, 19.35%, and 14.67% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5), Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15 (G6), and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15 (G8), respectively as compared to the disease control (G2) group. Moreover, expression of SIRT-1 protein was increased by 14.63% in the G5 group than the untreated test formulation (G4) group. Additionally, SIRT-1 activity was increased by 39.7%, 32.5%, 15.9%, and 136% in the G6, Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15 (G7), G8, and Biofield Treatment per se (day -15) to animals plus untreated test formulation (G9) groups, respectively than the G4 group, while it was increased by 57.3% in the G9 group as compared to the G2 group. Besides, Klotho protein in kidney homogenate was significantly increased by 16.67% in the G5 group as compared to the G2 group. Altogether, the results showed a significant improvement of longevity mediators and antiaging biomarkers in the preventive maintenance groups. Therefore, results envisaged the significant slowdown of aging-related disorders and other complications in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and/or Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease control group and could be utilized against various aging-related disorders like Alzheimer's disease, hypertension, osteoporosis, cataracts, type 2 diabetes, cancer, etc. along with it could be used to extend the life-span, stress and immune-related disorders.
