Conflict resolution process In line with the conflict degree of the comprehensive matrix revised for 8 times, the conflict degree of the group comprehensive information matrix is drawn in Fig. 4. It can be seen that negotiation and variation of the weight of the decision maker can effectively resolve the conflict in the decision-making process of the renovation of the public space in old community, and realize rapid convergence of the conflict degree, making the conflict degree of the group comprehensive information matrix less than the threshold value of the conflict degree.
