(Fig. 1) revealed multiple, smooth-surfaced, pinkish masses involving bilateral aryepiglottic (AE) folds, arytenoids, the laryngeal surface of the epiglottis, bilateral false vocal cords and ventricles. Bilateral true vocal cords, subglottis, and trachea were free of mass. A routine blood examination was normal. Computed Tomography (CT) scan (Fig. 2)showed lobulated growth in supraglottis involving the above-mentioned structures with mild enhancement with contrast.
