Aspergillus clavatus; Rhodotorula glutinis are two (6.7%) common species among the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere. There were no exclusive common species among the rhizosphere and phylloplane while three species (10%) were found common among the rhizosphere, non-rhizosphere and phylloplane viz. Trichoderma viridae; Saccharomyces cerevisae and Mucor hiemalis. Likewise, there were no exclusive species common to non-rhizosphere and phylloplane. Four fungal isolates (13.3%) viz. Microsporum sp.; Geotrichum sp.; Cephaleuros parasiticus and Phyllosticta perseae were unique to phylloplane. There were five common species between the Rhizosphere, Phylloplane and Air viz. Fusarium oxysporum, Curvularia lunata,Verticillium sp., Alternaria alternata and Mycelia sterila (Grey). Among all the environments, there were eight common species (26.7%) in "Rhizosphere", "Non-Rhizosphere", "Phylloplane" and "Air" viz. Aspergillus fumigatus, Rhizopus stolonifer, Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus niger, Mycelia sterila (white), Aspergillus flavus, Pestalotiopsis disseminata, Cladosporium cladosporioides. There was no exclusive species between Non Rhizosphere, Phylloplane and Air. Two fungal species were exclusively common among Phylloplane and Air viz.
