Context 1
... solid Y(thd) 3 was used for chemical vapor deposition of Y 2 O 3 (Fig. 1a) by injecting it at the rates of 25 to 50 mg/min in the form of powder into an evaporator heated to 250°C. Deposition was performed in a specially designed setup for CVD in the mode of continuous tape pulling at the rate of 1-8 ...

Owing to the increasing penetration level of distributed energy resources (DER) and direct current (DC) load, the usage of low-voltage direct current (LVDC) systems has expanded to achieve efficient operations. However, because the LVDC system reaches the peak fault current at a faster rate than the alternating current (AC) system, a solution that...

This study highlights the synthesis of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 (Bi-2212) superconducting ceramic using the photopolymerization reaction (PPR) and conventional solid-state reaction (SSR). The PPR sample was carried out by dissolving stoichiometric amounts of Bi, Sr, Ca, and Cu salts with the mixed monomer of DEGDMA and photoinitiator. The mixture was exposed...

In this work, we present a review for the numerical calculation of the density of states (DOS) for two-dimensional tight-binding models with first neighbors in its normal state and for two superconducting order parameters. One is a singlet scalar state and the other is a triplet vector state. At the beginning an emphasis is given to the general exp...

Series of Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II) and Sn (II) complexes derived from thiosemicarbazide ligand (HTSC), was synthesized by environmentally favorable method (electrochemical). All isolated complexes, were deliberately characterized by available analytical and spectral tools. The proposed molar ratio was 1:2 (M:L) as the only isolated one, beside the...

The paper presents results of mathematical modeling of mutual operation of electromechanical energy converters: high temperature superconductive (HTSC) synchronous generators and motors. It includes modes of operation of synchronous alternator and synchronous motor, mutual operation of alternators of comparable rating in an autonomous energy instal...

... Often transitions to levels from J=5 and 6 (where J is full angular momentum which can be equal to L+S, L+S-1, L+S-2, …, |L-S|) aren't observed as position of the peaks corresponding to these transitions are outside ranges of lengths of waves of sensitivity of detectors on spektro-fluorimeters. Also in ranges the peaks corresponding to transitions from higher power levels 5D1, 5D2, 5D3, etc. can be observed. Splitting of a multiplet of 7FJ corresponds to the rule of intervals of Lande: the distance between levels with J and J+1 increases with increase in J, for example, the peak corresponding to transition 5D0→7F0 is located very close to 5D0→7F1, however the peak corresponding to transition 5D0→7F6 lies more than 50 nanometers further in IR the region, than 5D0→7F5 Change of a crystal basis, also leads to the shift of peaks that indicates stronger influence of the crystal field [11,16,17]. Crystalline europium (III) hydroxide, calcined at the temperature of the second endoeffect -280 °C, has: spatial group -hexogonal modification -P63/m; a=b=6.39, ...

The big relevance is acquired by issues of development of methods of receiving phosphors, and studying influence on their spectral characteristics of features of structure. Red phosphors which part compounds of europium are of particular interest. Ions of europium have such properties as rather big difference of energy between its resonant and the main levels, providing radiation in the visible range; not degeneracy of these levels; the most important transitions are poorly subject to effect of the crystal field; a good possibility of the theoretical description of the processes happening in the materials containing europium ions. Ranges of a luminescence of the system received by continuous joint sedimentation of hydroxides (CDH) of europium and aluminum at a stage of crystallization of amorphous products are measured. The complex research of the CDH system is conducted by methods of the physicochemical analysis: differential and thermal, IK-spectroscopic, X-ray phase, X-ray fluorescent, power dispersive. The dependence of intensity of a luminescence of a system, from synthesis conditions is analyzed: concentration of initial components, structures of firm phases, temperatures, time (after a year of aging).
