... amount in bioreactors and cause the process to stop [24,25,26]. In conclusion, the effect of pH on biogas separation was studied in the following series of experiments (Figure 3) and the pH value was measured continuously (Figure 4). In moderately used bioreactors, the analysis of Figure 5 shows that the pH of organic waste (pig manure) loaded into the bioreactor is 6.5, and at the end of the anaerobic process, pH = 7.5 [27]. ...

The catalysis of the Hajos–Parrish reaction by cis- and trans-4,5-ethano-proline was explored experimentally and computationally with DFT (ωB97X-D and MN15) and DLPNO-CCSD(T). Both of the new catalysts are as active as proline or cis- and trans-4,5-methano-proline, with the trans-ethano-proline being as enantioselective as proline. A thorough theor...

... The above shortcomings of drip irrigation are causing negative protests from farmers in the area. In addition, in many cases, farms are not trained in water-saving technologies, and there is no perfect scientific basis for the use of drip irrigation by plant species [20,21,22,23,24]. ...

The article gives an analysis of the existing methods of irrigation of irrigated lands in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which for the most part are subject to salinization. As well as the result of a study to establish the main parameters (distance between droppers, water flow, and zone diameter and depth of the moisture distribution zone) of drip irrigation. In addition, the results of a laboratory test were given in which two drops of water per 900 holes and 1800 drops of water were obtained in one second. Then a 100-m pipe drips 162 103 kg of water in one second, which is 0.162 l/second.

The article describes the directions of development of the use of renewable energy sources in the modern world, which are producers of environmentally friendly energy with low costs and short-term processing of agricultural waste. The disadvantages of the known methods of manure processing and the installation for its implementation, such as processing organic waste in a thermophilic mode, have a non-Newtonian character with a liquid. It is an organic waste that does not exfoliate and this mixing requires a deep vacuum, which is impractical (not allowing) normal anaerobiosis of methane-producing bacteria. At the same time, the pre-prepared initial biomass is additionally maintained in the bioreactor and the level of biomass in the bioreactor is difficult to control during filling. In addition, it is shown that the proposed design, compared with the prototype, reduces the time of technological exposure of biomass in a bioreactor by 40–45%, increasing the productivity of commercial high-quality organic fertilizers and biogas by 35–40% and increasing the efficiency of processing organic waste 2–2.5 times.
