Bilateral theca lutein cysts: (A) Axial contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT): multiloculated cystic enlarged ovaries, right measuring 6.4 Â 4.5 cm and left measuring 6.7 Â 5.38 cm (arrows), respectively. (B) Transvaginal sonography (TVS) confirmed bilateral enlarged ovaries with multiple follicles (4-5 mm). The patient who underwent CT for road traffic accident, revealed history of being on ovulation induction therapy.
