The spread of the 2019 Corona virus Disease pandemic (Covid-19) resulted in many organizational entities being forced to redesign business processes, reducing the cost of reducing working hours, to terminating employment (layoffs). The informal sector has the worst impact. Thus, both the government and the private sector make various efforts in overcoming problems of social impact that arise. One of them is through the formation of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid19 (covid19.go.id) as a single contact crisis center. However, the extent of the impact that arises will result in preventive, curative and promotive efforts at risk of not being handled properly. The implementation of knowledge management based on graphs (knowledge graph) will enable agile integration between various sources of information. The Graph Data Model captures the relationships of various different entities by connecting them through the edge of information extracted from various heterogeneous sources. After the data is represented in a graphical format, there are various analytic graph techniques for asking multi-hop (multi-node) relationships between entities in the knowledge graph that is built. In addition, graphs allow users to visualize data quickly, interactively and exploratively for analysis.

Project is an activity or business that is temporary and has a certain period of time, unique and produces a product, service or both. Achieving project activity right on the schedule was an important thing for project owners or contractors. However, the schedule of the "X2" Well Drilling Project has delayed from the original plan due to several inhibiting factors. Therefore, the cost's project increased during project implementation. The factor analysis method is used to reduce the number of independent variables until new variables are found which are then examined for their relationship and a mathematical model is built using the regression analysis method. The location of this research was one company with 100 valid respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 (three) new factors that have a positive effect and 1 (one) new factors that have a negative effect on the condition of the differences that occur. If a project can be completed before the work period ends, at other times if the owner wants to build a construction project again, there is no doubt that the owner will re-choose Oil Service Company to work on another Drilling Project.

As we all know that information systems and technology are used by companies to make their business processes run more effectively and efficiently, so as to make a competitive advantage for the company. In this effectiveness and efficiency problem, an appropriate measuring tool is needed to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes after the contribution of technology in the company using the IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC). Through a number of perspectives found in IT BSC, further research instruments can be developed that can be used to formulate a number of respondents' opinions through a questionnaire. Data processing of the results of the questionnaire was carried out using an exploratory factor analysis method to reduce a number of independent variables to obtain a new variable, which could then be made a mathematical model that could describe the behavior of information technology performance conditions at the company. From the results of the analysis obtained there are four new factors that affect the resulting model related to the management and use of information technology in terms of competence, service capability, business sustainability and improvement in function. It can be concluded that these factors can affect performance and get good quality from the contribution of information technology to the company's business processes and can be used as a key performance indicator. 1. Introduction. A public company engaged in shipping, transportation and logistics was originally an agency company and has now developed into a group and is an integrated transportation company, which has several subsidiaries engaged in commercial and domestic ship operators, terminal operators, warehousing, logistics, land transportation, agency, and so on. By looking at the functions, benefits and advantages of information systems and information technology in the company, the company decided to create a special section that handles and focuses on IS and IT as a whole in the company, that part is the information technology. However, in carrying out activities in its business units,
