Analysis of GABA A and GABA B receptors mRNA expression in the cerebral cortex of mice. GABA A (a) and GABA B (b) mRNA expression was analyzed by qRTPCR as described in the Materials and Methods section. Each sample was normalized to b-actin mRNA as a reference standard.
