The electrogram labelled B: A2-3 (white) is from the Orion catheter positioned at the mid-septum of the right atrium. The signal has multiple deflections likely composed of near simultaneous atrial and ventricular activation. The Trend algorithm shows a single dominant peak, followed by a trough. The annotation on the electrograms (yellow broken line, −47 ms) occurs at the peak and can be manually adjusted. With the use of the Trend line, it is possible to see that there is slightly later activation of tissues in the same area.
